Many folks have heard about or are actively working with the Akashic records. The greater field of Akasha, of which the records are an aspect, is available to all of us. We can greatly benefit by taking this practice regularly. Part 1 covers the introduction and essential preparation. Part 2 will be the actual meditation. Namaste

Hi there,

Paul Collis here,

Sacred Spiral Yoga.

In today's discussion,

I will be talking about and taking us through the preparation to reach in meditation what is known in Sanskrit as the Akash or Akasha.

This is the aspect of spirit that is said to be the formless vacuum existing beneath all materialized forms.

In esoteric and even more scientific terms,

This is the residence of the etheric blueprints,

Those signature resonant fields in the quantum realm that literally create all types of matter.

This is the unified divine matrix existing at the quantum level like an infinite web that entangles all that was,

Is,

Is,

And will be as well as that which will never be materialized as well.

We all have our very being and deeper essence in this field that also includes the animating,

Enlivening,

Life-giving vital force,

Sometimes known as Qi from the Chinese,

Prana from the Indian,

And Ki from the Japanese and other terms as well.

We are as beings all in truth living eternal spirits that have taken a physical body and a rational analytical mind for our relatively short sojourn here on the material earth plane.

Even from our usual common social self being,

We can all align and access this Akashic field with some training and practice and good meditation principles.

Many benefits and new options become available to us by doing so.

We can all reach a much deeper and more meaningful relationship with our heart and soul and so understand on a far more intimate level our purpose in this life.

An offshoot benefit of this is developing a really good relationship with ourselves which many folk do not enjoy.

Further,

We can seek healing and restoration of body,

Mind and spirit and we can access silent or direct knowing arising from the heart.

The early hours of the morning between 3.

30 or so am and 6 am or so are ideal Other times can work but the busy situations of most of our lives is usually very distracting.

Another factor to consider is the powerfully rising energy from our sun after sunrise up until around midday.

Especially so for healthy individuals,

It is usually best to use this force for getting important things done.

The ill or recuperating can take advantage of the rising energy to assist their healing and rebalancing.

For most of us however,

This morning time is a good time to expedite work responsibilities and other duties.

The subsiding solar energy after 12 midday should also be appropriately taken advantage of.

Although impractical for many folk,

This is a good time to take an afternoon nap,

At least a rest,

Calm,

Reflect and tidy up and do the bookkeeping of the day.

After sunset,

Especially after 9 pm,

Should be a time of quality rest and sleep.

This is the time that the body enters deep repair and restoration.

So to prepare for our session a little more,

Make sure you will not be needing a bathroom break for the next hour or so,

Not either overly hungry or full from a meal.

While discussing food,

The type of food we eat also plays a big role.

For best results,

Avoid heavy food that is difficult to digest such as meat and poultry.

All processed and synthetic food and drinks should be eradicated entirely from our diet.

These are not true foods at all and have extremely low nutritional value.

Further,

They may be actively harmful to our bodies,

Especially when taken regularly over a period of time.

A vegetarian or vegan diet is ideal with a minimum of carbs,

And a vegan diet is ideal with as much fresh and organic or naturally grown produce as possible.

Fresh vegetables and fruit carry a high charge of sunlight and natural organic mineral content and so have a high charge of prana.

As noted earlier,

This is direct life force,

Which we will then be assimilating as we eat.

Having a good intention,

Heart and appreciating our food and drink also contributes to great assimilation on an esoteric and pranic level.

A small drink of pure water just before our practice is valuable.

Apart from hydrating our system,

Water is a great conductor of electricity and further is also highly programmable from our thoughts,

Feelings and general consciousness.

Many will know that in today's computer building world,

Silica is no longer used and the preference is to now use water,

Since the programmable quality of water is far superior.

So in general,

We should drink a number of small glasses of pure water every day,

Especially in the mornings.

At times of meditation and other spiritual work,

Water is an essential aspect.

On that note,

Highly carbonated drinks are not good for us,

As are drinks with excessive sugar.

Both refined sugar and refined salt should be dropped and small amounts of pure rock salt or sea salt replaced in our diet.

Small amounts of pure honey is also a great health adjunct.

All of these dietary and lifestyle suggestions add up and make quite a substantial difference to the quality of both our general life vitality and health and the quality of our meditation.

So now in preparation,

I'll invite us to preferably lay down warm and comfortable,

Use a bed or sofa and make sure all devices are switched off and you will not be disturbed for at least 40 minutes.

The meditation can be done sitting,

But probably this is more appropriate for highly experienced meditators who can be totally undistracted by the body,

Breath and other internal and external factors.

Spend a few moments becoming quiet and still,

Our clothing should be completely comfortable and the light in the room dimmed.

We can take a few rounds of calming breath to help center and balance our awareness in present time and in peace.

If you are taking this now,

You can simply enjoy a short relaxation session,

Which practice should be regular in any case.

On the yoga relaxation,

You can refer to my free meditation course on Shavasana and Yoga Nidra.

In part two of these Akashic content connect meditations,

I will carry straight on into the actual practice.

So take care.

Thank you so much for joining and engaging and be sure to look out for the next episode.

Namaste.

Tone of voice was wonderful, pacing when he spoke was excellent, and the music in the background was soft and didn’t drown him out.
