Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
Take a comfortable seat or lie down,
Stand up,
Whatever feels right for you in this moment.
Feel free to change your posture,
Position during the meditation.
If you feel called to do so,
You are perfectly allowed to be comfortable.
There is no need to hold a posture that is not right.
Close your eyes gently and allow yourself to become present in your body.
The breath in and out.
Feeling your backside resting on the floor,
Chair,
Blood circulating in your veins,
The air around you caressing your skin.
How do you feel today?
When you allow yourself to feel into your body,
What can you find there in your muscles,
Bones,
Skin?
Is there an expression on your face?
And if there is,
What is it telling you?
Simply notice it,
There is no need to change it or make an expression.
However you are feeling in the body,
It is perfectly allowed and welcomed.
If you feel tightness or tension in the body,
Simply allow that to be there as well as you breathe through it with kindness.
As if it were a beautiful flower,
Simply budding.
Just as a flower about to bloom in its bud is quite tight,
More solid and small.
What if you could approach tensions and tightness in the body simply as budding flowers,
Allowing them the time that is needed for them to slowly in their own time begin to open up and bloom.
As the breath flows in and out,
A curious breath just as it is,
Like a gentle breeze on the meadow of flowers that is your body.
All kinds of flowers,
Some blooming,
Some budding,
Some only just seeding underneath the ground,
Some flowers withering,
Dropping their petals on the ground to create compost for the seeding ones.
Fertilizer,
The self nourishing meadow of your body.
Now bring your awareness to your sacrum,
Pelvis,
To the deep earth,
To the deep,
Dark,
Moist soil.
And breathe into that place,
Where nutrients are alive,
Yet nothing has yet taken form.
In the depth of your sacrum,
Connecting to the deep earth.
The slow breath of the deep earth begins to connect with the breath flowing in you.
The love of the deep earth,
The nourishing,
Grounding love of the earth.
Like the arms of a mother,
The soft embrace.
The place where things are not yet born,
Where potential is alive without form.
In the rich,
Deep,
Loving darkness of the earth,
The womb of creation,
Connected to your sacrum.
And the deep breath that flows in and out through you to the earth,
And from the earth to you,
You become one.
How does it feel like to allow yourself to trust the place where potential does not yet have form?
The moist,
Rich darkness of the deep earth,
Alive with nourishment.
Breathe in that nourishment from the deep earth,
The moisture that your body is so longing for.
Breathe it in into your every cell.
The rich,
Moist nutrients of the earth.
Feeling your body flowing in through the sacrum towards your toes and fingers and top of your head.
Nourishing your arms and chest,
Belly,
Thighs.
Allow yourself to be fed by the earth,
Loved by the caring,
Rich depth of the earth.
And you may feel in your body how this deep,
Rich,
Moist,
Dark nourishment is becoming lighter as it begins to connect in your body with the brightness of the sun.
The brightness of the sun bringing its warmth and light,
Mixing with the rich,
Dark,
Moist nutrients that you're breathing in from the earth.
And how these two in your cells start to play their creative play,
Dance together the dark,
Moist richness of the earth and the warm,
Bright light of the sun.
Bringing the multi-coloured meadow that your body is into life.
Nourishing the seeding flowers on the ground,
Nourishing the budding flowers,
Not yet blooming.
And becoming alive in the blooming flowers and drawing back in the withering flowers to return to the game,
The play as compost.
Your body,
You,
Are an organic process of different stages of the creative cycle.
That's where the aliveness comes from.
If everything was blooming it would be stagnant.
But in the seeding,
Budding,
Blooming and withering there is a creative aliveness that is you.
Nourished by the deep,
Rich darkness of the earth through your sacrum and the bright,
Warm light of the sun.
You are beautiful,
A miracle of life a creative,
Organic process.
Now take a deep breath deep into the belly,
Maybe out through the mouth another one and maybe bring your hands to your heart feel it beating in this wonderful creative play that is happening in you all the time.
Give thanks to the earth,
The deep,
Rich darkness and give thanks to the sun,
The bright,
Warm light and give thanks to yourself for being the bearer of this miracle.
Now you can rub your heart space gently,
Stroke it,
Give it some love and kindness and slowly open your eyes to greet your environment with the same process your creative interplay is happening all the time,
Just like within you.
May you meet the experiences of today and all days with the sense of this wonder.
Thank you for joining me for this meditation today I hope it was as nourishing to you as it was for me.
Have a wonderful day.
Bye.
