Welcome to this meditation.

Today our theme is focus on the self.
Let's inhale and exhale deeply.
Once more inhale and exhale and feel the air entering your body and exiting your body.
And now let's turn off all of our senses.
Let's switch off our sight by closing our eyes.
Let's turn off our touch by turning the palms up.
Inhale and exhale.
And in one simple order we tell our brain to just turn off our whole body just for an instant.
Standing or lying down in any position you would like.
Let's simply turn off the feeling of having a body.
Inhale and exhale.
And we look in.
It seems so simple just to look in.
We switch off the outside world.
We look into that self that exists within us and that we often do not pay attention.
We do not clearly understand.
We do not clearly capture.
And so take this moment,
These brief seconds to pay attention to yourself,
Our true self that regardless of everything that happens it stays the same.
Let's inhale and exhale one more time and give once again an order to your body.
Relax.
By looking inwards,
Connecting our third eye,
Listening to our deep intuition,
To our inner knowledge,
Paying attention to the cells,
Our body cells working inside this wonderful machine.
Paying attention to the feeling of the blood flowing and feeling our heartbeat.
Breathe in and breathe out and clearly focus on your heart.
Bring awareness to your true self just for this moment.
For a few seconds.
Keep your eyes closed.
Inhale and exhale.
Five complete breaths.
While you look inside and just feel your true self.
And now we slowly come back to the world refreshed and somehow focused.
Slowly open your eyes.
Move your fingers and your toes.
Relax your neck and your tongue.
Inhale and exhale.
And clearly feel the air entering your nostrils and oxygenating your entire body.
And now we reconnect to our body.
And prepare ourselves to return to the real world.
Slightly renewed after this break.
