Hi and welcome to our guided meditation.

Today we will do a beautiful self-healing meditation to heal our mind and body.

Find a comfortable position either sitting upright or laying down.

Close your eyes.

Take three deep breaths.

Inhale and exhale.

Do not get caught up in your thoughts but just begin to notice them as they travel across your mind.

Let them go as they pass and watch them come and go without any engagement.

This is a place for you to rest your mind and to let go of any tasks ahead.

Feel the sense of calmness as you continue to breathe in and out.

Allow yourself to feel safe.

Bring some kind words to mind.

May I be in peace.

May I be happy.

May I be loved.

When our mind and body are stuck in chronic stressful states for extended periods of time,

We enter into survival mode.

Our nervous system is constantly preparing for threats even if it's not actually real.

Symptoms like anxiety,

Depression and fatigue emerge.

In order to heal,

We need to teach our body safety and calmness in small steps and learn how to breathe to shift our body and mind into rest.

Take a slow deep inhale and a complete exhale.

It's okay to be afraid.

It's okay to feel what you feel no matter what it is.

Say to yourself,

Today I will choose happiness.

I can do this.

I'm proud of myself for doing this even though I'm scared and worried.

I will get through this period of my life.

Everything will be okay.

Continue to breathe softly during the rest of this meditation.

Continue effectively on all levels of regeneration.
