Hello and welcome to a guided meditation.
My name is Sylvia and I am with Paradigm by SG.
I am so glad that you have decided to meditate with me.
Now let's get started.
We're going to find a comfortable seated position and close our eyes.
Once we are in our comfortable space,
We're going to take a deep breath in through our nose and exhale right out through our mouth.
Take a deep breath in holding it in for a few seconds.
And exhale all the negative energy.
Take another deep breath in holding it for a few seconds.
Feeling it at our core center and exhaling it right out.
This next breath,
We're going to visualize positive energy when we inhale.
And we're going to let go of any negative energy as we exhale.
Take a deep breath in visualizing all the peace and positive energy coming into our energy field.
And exhale all the unwanted energy.
And as you become aware of your body,
You may notice that some areas of your body may feel tense.
And uncomfortable.
Let's work through those areas.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
We're going to start off with our crown chakra,
Which is at the top of our head.
Visualize white light coming in through your head down to your face,
Relaxing your forehead and your jaw,
Moving down to your throat chakra and relaxing our throat and our neck down to our shoulders and our arms.
Feeling it in our fingertips.
Moving down to our heart center.
Down to our sacral and solar plexus.
Into our root chakra and relaxing all those areas,
Removing any tension,
Any pain.
Moving down our legs,
Our feet and our toes.
Relaxing our body.
Melting away.
Any worry.
And any stale energy.
Now that we are a little more relaxed,
There may still be some areas that may feel tension.
You can always work through those areas with your breath.
Take a deep breath in and exhale any tension.
Take another deep breath in and exhale any residue that may be left.
Now notice how your body is feeling at this moment.
You may be feeling more relaxed and calm.
This is a perfect time to visualize a place of peace,
Whatever that place may be to you.
Visualize yourself in the center of this peaceful place.
Taking in all the positive energy.
Being flooded by peace.
We are letting go of any worries.
Any pain,
Any emotional trauma.
Just let it go.
We're going to take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
Let's bring our hands together in gratitude.
Thank you,
Universe,
For another day.
Thank you for this moment of peace.
Thank you for my family.
I am grateful for the path that is unfolding before me.
Now let's bring our hands down and slowly come back into our awareness.
Gently move your shoulders up and down.
Slowly move your legs.
Gently opening up your eyes,
Wiggling your fingertips and your toes.
And as we come back into our awareness,
Before we actually start our busy everyday life,
Thank yourself for taking this moment to nourish your mind,
Body and spirit.
You have definitely given yourself a lot of love.
