We invite you on a journey of self forgiveness. As we grow through our life experiences there are moments of anger, resentment or trauma that we may guilt ourselves with. May this guided meditation help you find a comfortable place within yourself where you can heal and forgive yourself.

And I am so honored that you have taken the time to raise the frequency in your vibration.

I invite you to experience the practice of self-forgiveness.

Find a comfortable seated position and gently close your eyes.

Now that you are in your comfortable space,

Bring both hands up in gratitude and focus on something you have to be grateful for today.

I am grateful for this moment of forgiveness.

I am grateful to source energy that runs through and around me.

I am grateful for my loved ones.

I am grateful to Mother Earth and all the love and healing it has to offer me.

I am grateful for the journey I am on.

Gently bring your hands back down and take a deep breath in,

Holding it in for a few seconds,

Feeling it at your core,

And exhale right out.

Take another deep breath in,

Inhaling love,

Positive energy,

Strength,

And exhaling any heavy burden right out.

Take another deep breath in,

Relaxing all your limbs,

And exhale.

Focus your awareness at your heart center and open the door to your heart.

Visualize yourself in the center of your heart with your emotions,

Past experiences,

Childhood memories,

Relationships,

All which are connected like a chain.

Take a moment to notice how you are feeling.

Be kind with yourself.

There may be emotions coming up that you haven't felt in a very long time,

Memories that have been suppressed.

Know that you can anchor yourself with your breath by taking a deep breath in and exhaling.

And as you continue to have these feelings of regret,

Joy,

Resentment,

Love,

Happiness,

Be kind and gentle.

Be easy on yourself.

Visualize a mirror in front of you.

And as you see your reflection,

Say,

I am sorry.

I forgive you.

I choose to let go of that painful memory.

I choose to let go of the regret and resentment,

My anger.

It will no longer control me.

I love you.

I forgive you.

The more you forgive yourself,

The lighter your shoulders will feel.

Your heart will become brighter and you will connect with your higher self.

The journey will become more manageable.

It may take some time to completely forgive yourself.

This is a slow process.

Just be patient with yourself and know that this is a perfect start to the life that you deserve.

As you continue to feel these emotions,

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Visualize a golden honey colored light coming into your heart,

Flooding your heart,

Cleansing it of any sale,

Unwanted emotional baggage.

And it spills over to your body,

Your aura.

And as you continue to remove the baggage,

Take a moment to relax and let go into the positive vibration.

And as we slowly approach the end of this session,

Gently become aware of your hands,

Wiggling them,

Wiggling your toes,

Opening your eyes and noticing your environment.

If you feel that you need to stay in this space longer,

Please do so.

And as you start your week,

Know that I will always provide a safe space for you to come back to.

I am honored that you have chosen me to guide you through this process.
