Thank you for joining me on this journey of health and healing today.

In today's fast-paced world,

Finding peace within the chaos is crucial for your mental,

Physical,

And spiritual well-being.

If you don't have a sacred space,

I encourage you to carve out a quiet place in your home exclusively for yourself,

Where you can unwind without any disruptions.

There's no precise formula for decorating your meditation space.

Simply choose items that hold meaning and inspiration for you.

Personalize this space with items that bring you tranquility and serenity.

Consider incorporating elements that engage your senses,

Such as a beautiful picture,

A calming candle,

Or essential oils to promote relaxation.

Surround yourself with objects that please your eyes and lift your spirits,

Like a plant or a crystal,

That connect you to nature.

You can further enhance your environment by incorporating scents,

Such as sage,

Incense,

Or a comforting candle.

Personally,

The aroma of sage grounds me and helps me connect with my inner self before my meditation sessions.

You can also select soothing music to accompany your meditation,

Engaging your senses of hearing.

Make sure to wear comfortable clothing or have a cozy carpet to sit on,

Allowing yourself to engage with the tactile sensations around you.

You can also hold a crystal during your meditation session and connect with its unique vibrations.

Having a glass of water or a soothing herbal cup of tea nearby can engage your sense of taste,

Providing a light and calm sensation.

I like to sip tea before and after my meditation sessions since they comfort and settle my stomach.

Once your space is set up,

It is important to cleanse it with an incense of your choice.

When cleansing your space,

It is time to set your intentions for what this space means to you and what you wish to achieve during your meditation sessions.

Remember that this is a personal space.

It is a safe space where you can unwind,

Nurture,

And love yourself.
