We all have those moments where things just seem overwhelming, don’t we? Whether it's stress, frustration, or a wave of emotions that feels too big to handle, sometimes we just need a moment to reset. That’s exactly what my Hitting the Reset Button guided meditation is here to help you with. In this short but powerful meditation, I’ll guide you through a simple yet effective practice to help you let go of the stress of the moment, release anxiety, and return to your day feeling calm and in control. It’s perfect for those moments when you just need a quick emotional reset to get back to your center. You’ll press a mental "reset button" to clear your mind, realign your energy, and regain control over how you feel.

Welcome,

I'm Pandora Pappas and I'm here to help you reset in this moment.

When things feel overwhelming or you're having a tough moment,

It's important to pause,

Breathe and allow yourself a fresh start.

This meditation is designed to help you reset quickly so you can return to your day feeling more peaceful and in control.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

And gently close your eyes if that feels right.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale through your mouth,

Let go of whatever is weighing you down.

Feel the air leaving your body,

Taking with it any stress or tension.

Let's do that again.

Inhale through your nose deeply and exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing all the frustration.

Now place your feet firmly on the ground and feel the earth beneath you,

Supporting you.

Take another breath in and as you breathe out,

Imagine all of the tension and negativity flowing out of you and into the earth where it can be transformed.

In this moment,

I want you to imagine a big red reset button in front of you.

This button holds the power to clear away whatever thoughts,

Emotions or frustrations are pulling you out of balance.

It's your personal tool for resetting.

Take a deep breath in and on your exhale,

Visualize yourself pressing this button.

As you press it,

Imagine everything resetting.

Your mind clears,

Your body relaxes and the energy around you becomes calm and peaceful.

Whatever was bothering you a moment ago no longer has power over you.

You've released it and now you're starting fresh.

Now let's bring your awareness back to your breath.

Inhale deeply,

Filling yourself with calm and clarity.

Exhale,

Letting go of anything else that doesn't serve you in this moment.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more centered,

More grounded.

Take a moment to check in with yourself.

Notice how your body feels,

How your mind feels.

You're in control,

You're present and whatever was overwhelming you has been gently released.

Let's finish with a few affirmations to anchor this reset.

Repeat these after me.

You can just repeat them in your head if you need to.

I am calm,

I am centered,

I am in control.

I release what I cannot control and I embrace peace.

I have the power to reset at any moment.

Now when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

You've hit the reset button and you're ready to move forward with more peace,

More clarity and a greater sense of control over your day.

Remember,

You can reset anytime you need.

You have the power within you.

You can always return to this meditation.
