Health/wellness has been Pam's passion for over 26 years. She loves sharing it with others. As an instructor, Pam loves to encourage people to invest in their health and wellness. Stretching has always been a big part of her teaching and training! Stretching is so important as part of our daily routine, it's like dessert for your muscles!
