Discovering Silence

I find it so helpful to walk through the world in this everchanging somewhat chaotic state with my attention to silence. Silence is here, and silence is steady. And just like any relationship, your relationship with silence will grow the more you tend to it.

So I'd like to invite you to this meditation to fall more deeply in love with silence.

Thank you dear one. I have joined insight timer since 2016. Recently I bought a new phone and lost my history. I have done many meditations and I found lots of healing in different problem areas of my life.
You have started me on a amazing journey of being gentle with myself teaching me of my gentle breath and that changed my life. When a stresfull situation arise I come back to the gentle breath. Your medatition where you mentioned the helium balloon has changed my life.... all your teachings so far has helped me to be more calm whereas I had problems with anxiety and my mind all over the show which left me mostly in not a good space.
I know that todays meditation on stillnes will yet be another tool to change my life for the better. This is words coming from my soul.... I know that this is going to help me even more as I battle with ptsd. Manmade sounds and some animals sounds gets me into another emotional space that I dont like to be in..... thus it is why I say this meditation will help me even grow more.
