Today I am feeling gratefully tender. As I lean into all of what is here, I breathe and celebrate a moment of peace and quiet. I feel gratitude for my still pajama-clad daughter reading on the opposite end of the sofa. Gratitude can be very simple and it is one of the most powerful healing forces in the world. It opens us, frees us, aligns us with infinite possibilities, and alters the electromagnetic frequency of our bodies. On this special day, let us be grateful for this breath and a moment to slow down and appreciate being alive.
