So I invite you to sit down,
Or lay down,
And take a very comfortable position.
And with some deep breathing,
Start to relax your body.
Try to breathe in very deep,
And release very slowly.
We do it one more time.
And we release very slowly.
Breathe in.
Slowly breathe out.
Now become very aware of the present moment.
Relax slowly.
Slowly your body goes into deep relaxation.
Breathe out.
Now imagine we're going to the past.
We're going to a very special moment in time.
The moment that a beautiful being gave us his wisdom.
We're sitting on a field of olive trees.
The light,
The sun,
The clouds feel so peaceful.
We hear the sound of the wind going through the branches.
It's midday.
And we're sitting on top of a stone.
Just gazing.
Meditating.
We know that Rabbi Jesus is near.
Because we know that he will have his last supper today.
We're sitting there with no expectation.
Suddenly,
Through the olives,
We see a figure.
And it's approaching very slowly.
Suddenly we realize that it's the Rabbi.
He's very beautiful.
And in the moment that he is near enough,
We realize how beautiful his presence is.
The closer that he gets,
The higher our frequency becomes.
Goes up,
Up,
Higher.
Suddenly,
He sits down next to us.
On a big piece of wood.
And with his deep eyes,
Looks into us directly.
And with a gentle voice,
He asks,
How are you today?
Your day has been beautiful?
And we simply answer,
Yes,
Rabbi,
It's been very nice.
Then he just looks out to the field of olive trees.
There,
We only hear the sound of the wind.
The presence of the Rabbi next to us makes our heart bloom.
Very peaceful.
Like a heart filled with life and presence.
Just being there next to him.
He turns to us and says very gently,
I love the sound of the wind.
Do you love it too?
Yes,
Master Rabbi,
I love it.
Suddenly,
A question comes to our minds.
Dear Rabbi,
Can I ask you a question?
Yes,
Of course,
My dear one.
Ask whatever you want.
I was wondering,
What happens after we die?
Look,
I will answer your question.
But before that,
Look at this ant.
Walking in the trunk of a tree.
It's walking with a mission.
But the ant doesn't know the size of the universe.
How big the sun is.
How many millions and millions of stars surround us.
Or how gravity works.
She's only being an ant there,
Walking.
So,
Could you imagine how difficult for God it is to explain to us what is the afterlife.
It's like trying to explain to the ant how big the universe is.
I can tell you this.
Have no expectations of what it is.
Become free of any attachment.
Become completely innocent.
So,
Your heart blooms into the state of the eternal.
When it leaves the body.
That's my answer to your question,
Dear one.
Dear Rabbi,
May I ask you one more question?
Yes,
You may ask whatever you want,
Dear one.
Ask.
What should I do with my life?
What is my purpose?
What should I do,
Dear Rabbi?
Dear one,
Remember the ant.
Remember how the ant is just moving with a very definite purpose to bring the food to the ant hole.
Well,
In the human life,
We need to learn just in the now content and filled with our hearts in the present moment.
Letting go of every expectation.
Because if you are attached to an outcome,
You don't give any room to the universe to surprise you.
Imagine how unique you are in the universe.
How special you are to be alive and aware and knowing love.
That is completely enough for God and for you.
You don't need to impress anybody.
You don't need to earn points.
You don't need to be unhappy.
Your nature is happiness.
And it can be content in every moment.
If I had to tell you what is your mission,
Your mission in life is peace.
Peace should be your highest priority.
Peace is the golden treasure of life.
If you can live peace in every moment of your day,
With that peace,
You will arrive to the highest love,
The unconditional love,
With no judgment,
With no.
.
.
With pure empathy.
So,
What's our mission?
The mission is peace.
Peace in the moment.
That's my answer to your question.
Dear Rabbi,
Thank you for your presence and your love.
I have no words to express how you make my heart feel.
I have no words to explain how deep your teaching is for me.
Every day I contemplate my life and I see that you're within me.
And you're my guide to the highest love.
It's very nice to be with you here now,
Dear one,
And listen to the wind between the olive trees.
I will go now and continue my walk.
It was very nice to talk with you.
I bless you and I will see you very,
Very soon.
Then we breathe and see the Master go,
Very slowly,
Between the olives.
Still his presence here,
Like he never left.
The field is completely peaceful.
It seems like the birds stopped flying just to serve him.
The clouds stopped moving.
All the branches leaning towards him.
In this beautiful dream,
I invite you to keep it in your heart and very,
Very gently and with much love,
Open your eyes and take the presence of love and peace into your heart.
Namaste.
