Hello and welcome to day 10 of Insight Timer's Breathwork Challenge.
Time for a deep breath.
Inhale deeply and let out a soothing sigh.
Let's dive into today's session.
In this class we're going to activate so you can sit up nice and straight and close down your eyes.
When you're ready you can take a deep mindful breath in through your nose and out through your nose.
Just starting to tune into how you're feeling.
If it resonates with you,
You can scan your body from the top of your head all the way down.
Noticing if there's any stress or tension that you've been holding onto.
And as you do this you can take another mindful breath in through your nose and out through your nose.
Just giving yourself permission to arrive in this space.
To land right here.
And we're taking away all judgement of how we're feeling.
We're meeting ourselves with unconditional love.
Taking another deep breath in and out your nose.
And in a moment we're going to go for activation breathing,
Which is deep breathing.
You're going to be taking away the pause between the inhale and the exhale.
Making it a conscious connected breath.
You're going to be breathing from your belly.
Your breath is going to come up through your diaphragm and up into your heart space.
You should be hearing yourself breathing and making sound.
You'll be breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
This is an active breath.
With every inhale you're allowing yourself to breathe deeply and fully.
And with every exhale you're just surrendering and letting go.
So in your own time,
When you're ready,
You can set an intention for what you want out of this experience.
If there's anything that you want to let go of.
If there's any clarity or insights that you're calling in.
Now is the time where you get to ask for whatever it is that you want.
And we're going to begin our activation breathing in five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Deep breaths.
You should be hearing yourself breathing,
Making sound,
Making sure that you're putting an effort with every inhale and every exhale is nice and soft and relaxed.
This is the moment to show up for yourself one breath at a time.
This is the moment to put in work.
You have got this.
Keep going for your deep activation breaths.
You might start to notice that you feel increased energy and sensation in your body.
This could be in the form of buzzing or tingling or vibration.
This is your life force and embrace it.
If you need to slow down or pause,
Follow what feels right for you and your body.
But if it feels good,
What would it feel like to breathe even 10% deeper?
Allowing yourself to breathe to your full capacity.
As you open up to receive more energy,
You're now starting to let go of any stress and tension that you've been holding onto consciously or unconsciously through every exhale,
Letting it go now.
And with every inhale,
We're drawing in more vitality,
More energy,
More life force,
More joy,
More love,
More creativity,
More abundance.
So keep going for your deep activation breaths.
You're doing an amazing job.
I'm right here with you.
We're going to stay with it for another minute and then we're going to slow everything down.
So for now,
If it feels good,
Keep breathing at the pace that you're at.
Keep putting in that work.
If you're feeling sensation in your body,
Meeting these sensations with your curiosity,
If there's any emotions that want to be felt,
Just giving yourself permission to feel any emotions that might be coming up to the surface to be felt and processed.
It is safe to feel this energy.
It is safe to feel sensation.
It is safe to feel my emotions.
It is safe to be with what is.
And in your own time,
Whenever it feels aligned for you,
We're starting to slow down the breath now.
We're moving out of our activation phase and we're moving into restorative phase.
So you can shift your breathing to breathing in and out your nose.
And now instead of bringing your breath up into your heart space,
We're going to keep the breath in the belly.
With every inhale,
Feeling your belly rise and with every exhale,
Feeling your belly draw in.
We're slowing everything down now,
Entering into a deeply relaxed state where you can draw your attention inward and start to connect to your intuition.
You might like to ask yourself the question,
What does my inner guidance want me to know right now?
What does my inner guidance want me to know right now?
Now we're opening up into a state of receptivity to listening,
To connecting inwards to all the ways that our subtle senses want to communicate and bring through any insights or clarity.
You might notice things coming through as a knowing or as a feeling or as a vision.
Just noticing how your intuition is speaking to you.
What does my inner guidance want me to know right now?
Nice slow mindful breaths,
Breathing in and out the nose.
Belly is rising on your inhale and then drawing in on your exhale.
And in this space,
If it feels aligned and it resonates with you,
You might like to visualize the color.
This could be any color that comes to mind.
This color is a positive healing energy that we're inviting into your space for the highest,
Most benevolent outcome.
Visualizing this color washing through your energy field,
Your emotional body,
Your mental body,
Your physical body,
Supporting you to let go of stress and tension.
Keeping your focus inward,
Eyes closed.
Slow deep restorative breaths in and out the nose.
In this space,
You remember that you are your own healer.
In this space,
You remember that you have everything you need within you to achieve your own unique destiny.
In this space,
You remind yourself that you are exactly where you are meant to be and on a higher level,
Everything is in divine alignment.
You now surrender and release anything that is outside your control.
You hand it over to a higher power,
Letting it go now.
Take another deep breath in and out your nose and slowly bringing your focus to your body.
You might like to wriggle your fingers or wriggle your toes or slowly stretch your body in any way that it wants to move.
When it feels aligned,
You can open your eyes and just take a look around your room,
Just rounding yourself into the present moment.
If there's any insights or clarity that came through that you need to remember,
You could write them in a journal and if there's anything that you need to take aligned action on,
Then I invite you to do that after this practice.
Remember that you were guided,
That you were loved,
That you are supported and now is the time to go all the way in on whatever it is that you want to co-create into reality.
