Have you got time to breathe deeply and relax in this Moon Based guided meditation? I invite you to give your mind the space it needs to rest and restore whilst your body is in a relaxed and safe space as we explore meditation based all around the lunar cycle. Your peace and tranquility are moments away and I hope you can join me on this journey as we release, let go and restore together.

On the floor.

I'm just going to come to a comfortable position,

Closing down the eyes,

Just grounding into the space we're in,

Relaxing the toes,

Relaxing the soles of the feet,

The tops of the feet,

Relaxing the ankles,

The legs,

Relaxing the knees,

Thighs,

Relaxing the hip joints,

Sit bones relaxed,

Relaxing the stomach,

The lower and upper spine,

Relaxing the chest,

Noticing the rise and the fall of the chest,

Relaxing your shoulders down,

Finding a movement if you need to,

To able your shoulders to soften,

Relaxing your neck,

Relaxing your jaw by licking the lips to loosen the jaw,

Relaxing the cheekbones,

Letting the eyes rest in their sockets,

Allowing your head from top to bottom to rest,

Relax,

And bringing the awareness to the arms,

Allowing both arms to relax,

Top and bottom,

Allowing your palms to be face up,

Allowing our energies to flow in and out of our palms and our soles of the feet,

Allowing your fingertips to curl inwards,

Just allowing the body to rest here,

Rest completely,

Notice the breath travel in through the nose,

Notice the breath travel out through the nose,

Inhale deeply,

Exhale completely,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

So work with that breath,

Lengthening the inhales and the exhales with the counts,

So we'll inhale,

Exhale,

And then we'll begin our count,

And just working with this breath,

Breathing deeply,

You can increase the count or lower the count where you're comfortable with,

There is no pressure,

No judgement,

This is a safe space,

Just working with that breath,

Breathing deeply,

Keeping that gaze down,

Keeping those eyes closed if you can,

Just breathing deeply,

Connecting with that count,

Bringing that awareness to each breath as you breathe deeply,

Inhaling and exhaling with the count,

Knowing that you're exactly where you need to be right now,

Breathing deeply,

Breathing deeply,

Then when you're ready,

Gently finishing the round you're on,

Taking a deep inhale with me,

Taking a deep exhale here,

Exhale,

Then I want you to bring your awareness to these 3 questions,

Starting with question 1,

Which we ask ourselves around a 3 card spread of the 4 moon,

If you're not sure what that means that's okay,

Just begin to ponder upon this question,

What's falling away for you right now,

And what do you need to forgive,

What may be falling away,

What do you need to let go of,

What may be pulling away,

And what do you need to forgive,

Forgiveness can be hard but very much needed,

It's important for us to let go of things that no longer serve us,

So with this 4 moon that's upon us,

Can you let go,

Find that space to forgive,

Maybe forgive a situation,

Maybe forgive yourself,

Maybe forgive another,

Can you find that forgiveness and let go of what no longer serves you,

Just take a moment here to think upon that question,

What's falling away and what do I need to forgive,

What's falling away and what do I need to forgive,

There is no right or wrong answer here,

This is completely up to your interpretation,

And then when you're ready,

Taking a big deep inhale,

Deep exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

And this time we're going to inhale forgiveness,

Exhale we're going to let go of what no longer serves us,

Inhaling forgiveness now,

Exhaling letting go of what no longer serves us,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

As we move on to our second question,

What is showing up for me,

What is the 4 moon showing me,

And this can be a hard question to ask because we may not know what we're looking for,

We may be certain that there's a door that we want to open,

But the mind,

The higher self,

The moon,

The divine,

The universe,

The gods,

Whatever it is you believe may not be showing you this door,

So I want you to remove judgement,

I want you to just sit in stillness and allow whatever it is that needs to come up,

That intuition,

That is your purpose,

That is what needs to be shown for you,

I want you to allow space now for the 4 moon,

The universe,

The god,

The gods,

Your higher self,

Your inner self,

To show you what you need right now,

What do you need to believe,

What do you need to see,

What do you need right now,

And there's no need for frustration,

There's no need for pressure on this practice,

On fighting for something,

If something's not coming up now that's okay,

Just keep your awareness open,

Keep your energy open to receiving that intuition around this 4 moon time,

It may have already happened and you may be able to channel that and be aware of that now,

It may not have happened yet and it may be happening in the coming days and that is okay,

Just allow yourself this time,

This space to be open,

To allow whatever needs to come through,

To come through,

What is your higher self,

The moon,

The universe,

The divine,

Showing you,

What is that intuition,

Can you feel it in your body,

Breathing deeply now,

Not letting frustration or pressure seep in,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Then when you're ready,

Just moving to the final question of our practice,

What comes next,

What comes next for us right now,

What do we want,

What do we need in our lives,

I want you to start thinking about that,

Start affirming that in your mind,

What do you want to manifest for the next week,

Day,

Month,

Year,

Where do you want your path to take you,

What do you want to come up on your path,

What opportunities,

Begin to think what comes next,

Just take this time in this stillness,

Working with the breath,

If the mind gets distracted,

That's completely normal,

I want you to focus that awareness on where do you see yourself next,

What comes next in your journey,

In your path,

Just begin to affirm that,

Begin to manifest that,

Begin to look for the full moon,

And our energies,

And our connections,

To affirm that,

Use today's practice,

To start to believe in that,

It's going to become true,

Manifest,

And things will hopefully happen,

What comes next for you,

And when you're ready,

Take a deep inhale,

Deep exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Remind yourself that you are exactly where you need to be right now,

On your journey,

On your path,

And right here,

The moon is just here to let go,

To allow you to let go of these things,

To allow you that forgiveness you may need,

To allow you to tap into your intuition,

To allow you to manifest what comes next,

So whenever you're ready,

Gently bringing awareness back into the body,

Bringing your thumb to your index finger,

Thumb to your middle finger,

Thumb to your ring finger,

And thumb to your little finger,

Gently finding movement,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Bringing your hands to heart centre,

For kind and caring thoughts,

Words,

And feelings,
