The Magnificat (Remixed): A Prayer For Changing Times

The Magnificat, featured in Matthew's gospel, is the virgin Mary's response to the news that she will give birth to the Christ child. It is a beautiful poem of trust in the Divine and a foretelling of the 'upside-down' kingdom living which Jesus taught in his earthly ministry, where the first shall be last and the last shall be first. It is just as relevant to our turbulent and changing times as it was when it was recorded by Matthew in the first century. Be blessed as you listen.

The Magnificat, A prayer for changing times. My soul bows to the divine source and my spirit is filled with joy because truly all beings are equal. And this moment will be remembered in history. Divine source has abundantly blessed all those with eyes to see. Everything that really matters is now being revealed in the great reckoning. Powers fall, The poor lifted up, The great equalizer is pulling us all into one loving line. Doaling out healing love and cleansing fire wherever they are needed. This is the work of the universe from its inception and here now, Now here, We see it coming to pass. Amen and Hallelujah. Shanti, Shanti, Shanti, Aum. Amen.
