Interesting, but I’ll have to replay it to get more out of it. I was listening in bed and fell asleep at some point! I look forward to getting an impact from this course as I’ve been dealing with childhood & x-generational trauma for a long time.

With all dramatics, I wish I could give it 10 stars. I came thinking it would be one thing, but it was actually what I needed. It was beautiful that I felt the energy in my heart and my body started making a flight move with my shoulders, similar to an angel/butterfly.

I felt save to move through my fears and never heard from this method to become free of stored fears. I liked to learn how to handle upcoming fear by moving through it instead of running away or freeze. Thank you very much for this wonderful course 🙏. I love it!
