Instead of being afraid of anger, we can use it to change our lives. Anger is a beautiful transformational emotion that allows us to see the unjust and create boundaries that serve us for better tomorrows. It is a motivational tool to create change in our lives.

Welcome.

Let us look at anger today.

What many of us don't realize is anger is a beautiful transformative emotion.

It is often mischaracterized to be on the dark side and to be sinking with aggression.

So therefore as aggression is often something we project and hurt others with,

We resist it.

But anger is healthy and it can show us parts of ourselves who we are,

What we care about and the limits and unjust that we feel need to be adjusted or looked at.

Anger shows us the boundaries not to keep people out but to help us to make healthier relationships so we are no longer hurting each other.

Anger allows us to deep dive into what really matters and to have the motivation to change.

Anger is really there to initiate action.

Action,

Transformative action.

It is the peak of all the things we feel before we truly dive deep into changing our lives themselves.

Anger is never meant to be here to project upon those around us.

Rather it's always meant to be a motivational force to help us change our lives.

It is an intrinsic motivation but so often we bury ourselves in the pain and the suffering and we bury the anger never resolving the issues and they keep repeating themselves over and over again.

This is when we start to feel that aggression and we take that energy out on the world and others around us instead of using it to change ourselves.

Instead of being afraid of anger we need to remember to use it to help us to see our limits and our priorities in life and purpose more clearly.

We need to remember it's here to help us to make a big important change or even small changes for within and outside for the world.

Breathe deeply here in and out.

I want you to take a moment to sit with what you are feeling and look at your anger and see what motivation it is trying to give you for what changes is it trying to make you see.

Breathe deeply in.

Open your mouth and exhale.

Release any aggression that may make you feel like you want to project it or serve your ego.

Instead wherever you are place your ego underneath and use it as a driving force for better tomorrow's.

Our ego is there but so often we are driven by our ego.

Instead use that ego to drive the goodness of change today.

Breathe in.

Open your mouth and exhale any resistance.

Inhale here three cleansing breaths.

Open your mouth and exhale.

Inhale the possibilities of change.

Exhale any resistance through an open mouth.

Inhale and exhale.
