Healing has never been about going back to who you were, it is about becoming entirely new to come home to you. Healing is about releasing the limiting set beliefs and fears that are holding you back. When you are no longer scared to feel anything when you no longer resist any part of you and your experience of life, magical things happen, peace is found. Healing is about becoming your own hero.

Hello and welcome.

Today we are going to meditate for our own healing.

Come to a comfortable position whether it lying or sitting.

This is your journey.

Take a deep breath in through the noise.

Hold and open your mouth and exhale.

Hold.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Hold.

Open your mouth and exhale.

Hold.

One more inhale.

Releasing into this moment.

Surrendering.

Because healing requires us to surrender.

Healing is about understanding.

It's about understanding.

It's about understanding.

That we are rebuilding the new mosaic of life.

We are in fact removing everything we once thought was comfortable to return home and to become entirely new.

This is why healing is often misplaced.

Because it seems overwhelming.

It's out of our comfort.

It's disruptive.

But it's also the most important thing you'll ever do.

Healing is about returning.

It's about the hunger for freedom.

It's about the hunger for freedom.

It's about the hunger for freedom.

And it puts aside the suffocating opinions,

The old patternings,

The doubts,

The fear,

The triggers,

The agreements and conditioning.

It's about the hunger for freedom.

So you can truly become the best version of yourself that has always been within.

But getting to that place,

It requires you.

All of you.

Everything you've got.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold.

And exhale.

As you breathe in,

Honestly.

And then you can take a deep breath in.

Take an inventory of your grudges,

Anger,

Longing,

Fear,

Ignoring.

Look at precisely what is not leading you to better tomorrows.

So you can work to make it right.

But you have to be completely honest and really feel.

It requires you to dig deep,

To go into the lingering heartaches,

To feel the triggers and choose your true responsibility.

The way you respond.

Healing is not about to cleanse you and make you perfect.

It's not about sanitizing everything that you experience.

Healing is requiring you to feel it all to the full expression,

Every emotion,

Every thought,

Everything you've numbed or cut off or ignored because it was uncomfortable.

Healing requires you to understand you are the light that the darkness comes to.

You are the light that the darkness comes to.

You are the light that the darkness comes to.

You are the light that the darkness comes to.

To remember how to shine again.

Those dark parts within you.

They are the barrier to your freedom.

But only you can be the light back when you find peace.

The thing is to understand that we're never going to suffer forever.

But you have to unveil all your past experiences to return home before the hurt and fear.

This is a process that is healthy and beautiful.

Just like the caterpillar in the cocoon.

With time it blossoms.

But there is no rushing that can be done.

It must go through the process.

It must become.

Healing is not about what makes us feel better the fastest.

It's about building the right life slowly and over time.

It is about greeting ourselves in the imperfections.

In the failures and resolving those mistakes.

Trying within to become responsible for our fear and anger and judgments that got us here in the first place.

Healing is about facing the discomfort.

The limiting set beliefs.

Breaking boundaries and becoming who we've always dreamed to be.

The one thing you have to remember is that it's a natural inheritance to become the best version of yourself.

But to do that healing requires us to release the sicknesses,

The fears,

The things that no longer belong to us.

The limiting beliefs.

The whole patternings.

Release them.

So we no longer are stuck.

Most importantly,

Remembering we will not go back to whom we were before.

And cannot change the storms that hit us or the things that we could shield ourselves from.

Because we're not supposed to go back to that person we didn't know.

The unaware.

The lacking.

The naive.

Take a big breath in.

Hold at the top.

Exhale and release through an open mouth.

On the other side of healing.

Once you go through it all,

You become resilient.

More self-sufficient.

More empowered.

And most importantly,

You realize nothing will save you.

So you must begin the work yourself.

To save yourself.

Which is the entire purpose of your life.

And responsibility to each moment.

To how you respond to it.

Breathe in.

Hold.

Open your mouth.

Release.

Hold.

Inhale.

When you begin this work,

You will realize you have more strength and influence than ever before to redirect your life.

You realize that instead of what you can't control,

Your life can be built of what you can.

Fear is not going to protect you.

Action will.

Worrying is not going to protect you.

Preparing is.

Overthinking is not going to protect you.

Understanding is.

We falsely believe that if we constantly remind ourselves of all the terrible things that we didn't see coming,

We can avoid them.

But that doesn't work.

And it also makes us less efficient responding if they do occur.

Because we're too busy worrying about the monsters,

The challenges that we forget to actually do the things we can and work on our health,

Long term visions,

Relationships,

Thoughts and finances.

When you begin to heal completely,

When something is astray,

You recognize it and you take action.

You save yourself.

You're able to think ahead.

Consider what is cause and effect.

And you realize most importantly that action is the results,

Generation,

Possibilities to better control situations and outcomes.

Actions help you adjust,

Create the micro shifts,

The better habits.

But most importantly,

When you heal,

You realize that there is nothing more important than now.

Take a big breath in.

Hold.

Open your mouth and exhale.

Hold.

And exhale.

Life is quick and temporary.

We could lose tomorrow.

So breathe it all in.

Breathe in every moment.

Realize there is nothing more important than being able to enjoy where you are right here and right now.

Healing is about getting to a place where you prioritize.

Nothing over the quality of this one moment,

This one short life.

Breathe in.

Hold.

Exhale.

Breathe in.

Hold.

Exhale.
