Welcome.
Today we are going to look at the emotion embarrassment.
Embarrassment is something we all feel right from a young age.
We often feel it when we feel like we did not do well or behave and we are not proud of what we've done.
It's funny but we think that we are embarrassed feeling through others as they stare at us.
But nobody can ever make us feel embarrassed as we make ourselves feel.
It's often the case with every emotion.
We are the ones that feel it and create the feeling.
But we often do not realize this.
When we truly are confident that we as ourselves and our human being at this moment are doing all that we can with whom we are and what we have.
We stop feeling so embarrassed.
Others can make us feel bad with their ideas and notions,
Judgments,
Projections,
Comments.
But even so,
At some point all of these things will not stop or neutralize it.
We only do that when we accept ourselves and feel proud of ourselves.
There is a shadow to being embarrassed and shame is that shadow.
This is when feeling embarrassed becomes something that condemns us for being who we are and makes us feel not worthy,
Not good enough,
Worthless.
When we do not process the embarrassment it often goes to the darker side and a more limiting side.
What we need to look at is we need to look at the ability to see if we are proud with whom we are and what we are and what we've done and if we are not what can we do to change that.
I want you to take a deep breath in here.
Open your mouth and exhale.
I want you to take some time to think about times when you were embarrassed.
I also want you to think about all the projection from others but at the end of the day,
Realizing that the ultimate cage there was you,
Not believing in your worth,
Not being confident or not showing up enough for you in that moment with all that you are and who you are and using it to the best of your ability.
I want you to be your own hero.
Take a deep breath in here.
Open your mouth and exhale.
Let's do two more cleansing breaths.
Inhale.
Open your mouth and exhale.
One more like that.
Inhale.
Open your mouth and release anything that may be stuck.
Namaste and thank you for joining me.
I will see you soon.
I invite you to stay here as long as you need.
