Let's start this meditation with some breath and intention.

We'll be stretching our attention spans by strengthening our concentration.

Take a deep breath,

Then creating space in the mind and body.

And on the exhale,

Repeat in your mind,

Silent and still.

Another deep breath,

Then creating space within the mind and body.

And on the exhale,

Repeating in your mind,

Silent and still.

And one more time,

On your own time,

And in fact,

See how much time you can take with it.

Great work.

We'll be repeating a mantra to mend our broken attention spans from multitasking and constant distractions.

If you notice any thoughts attempting to get your attention,

Bring yourself back to the mantra.

Nothing will grab your attention unless you choose to give it your attention.

With each repetition,

Notice how its meaning builds and deepens within you.

Notice how the more you focus,

The easier it becomes to hold your concentration,

Just like building muscle.

Today's mantra is,
