Transcript

To start,

Take a deep inhale,

An abundant inhale,

Filling your lungs to capacity.

And at the height,

Hold it for three counts before you slowly exhale.

Take two more abundant deep breaths,

Holding at the height for three counts.

This is your time for peace.

Let your intention for your meditation to be peaceful,

Giving you health,

Strength,

And calm.

Your breath deep and slow.

Tune into your senses and become fully present with your senses right now.

Feel the cushion beneath you.

Notice the sensation of breath.

Feel air circulating all around you.

Fenturing your lungs,

Nourishing your blood.

Feel your blood flowing,

Feel your heart beating.

Your breath deep and slow,

Consciously relax.

Every aspect of your being consciously lets go.

Visualize a flower at each of your souls.

Feel it bloom open.

Visualize a flower in each of your palms.

Feel it open,

Blooming.

Feel yourself like a flower,

Opening,

Blooming,

Reaching toward the light of consciousness.

As you meditate,

Allow your awareness,

Your presence,

To stay anchored in the now.

Allow your breath to be abundant,

Deep,

And slow,

Anchoring you in the present moment.

Tune into your energy,

Your prana,

The energy that's been with you since your conception.

It was with you when you were a child,

And as your body has changed throughout your life,

This energy,

This prana,

Is the same.

With you,

Flowing,

Enlivening you.

It's a vibration measurable with scientific instruments.

It's real.

Tune in to your energetic aliveness.

Listen for it.

Connect to it.

Now just for a little while,

As much as you can,

Let go of your idea of your body.

Let go of your past and future.

Let go of worldly identifications and instead identify with yourself as the energy you feel right now.

Sustain this energetic awareness existing as pure energy while you meditate.

Maintaining energetic awareness,

Shift your focus now to your root chakra,

The Mooladhara chakra.

A swirling sphere of red and burgundy energies,

The Mooladhara chakra,

Is located just above the perineum at the base of the spine.

Strengthen this energy center by giving it your focus.

Cleanse and nourish the Mooladhara chakra by repeating its seed sound,

Lam.

Connect the seed sound to your breath,

Taking a deep,

Abundant inhale.

Then say the seed sound out loud or to yourself for one minute,

Slowly with your exhale.

I will mind the time so you can let go of time.

Focus on the Mooladhara chakra,

Your breath,

And the mantra seed sound,

Lam.

Fortify your focus.

Focus.

After your next exhale,

Drop your mantra practice.

Turn into the energy of the Muladhara chakra by listening for it and by visualizing the deep reds and burgundies of this living energy center.

Now affirm,

I am safe.

Feel it,

Say it to yourself,

I am safe.

Feel the floor and ground beneath you.

Feel the safety of your surroundings.

If you're hearing these words in this moment right now,

You are safe.

Shift your focus now to the Svadhisthana chakra,

A swirling sphere of delicious orange energies located about an inch below your belly button or umbilicus.

Strengthen this energy by giving it your focus.

Cleanse and nourish your Svadhisthana chakra,

The chakra that imbues the sweetness of life by repeating its seed sound as a mantra.

Take the seed sound to your breath,

Taking a deep,

Abundant inhale.

Then say the seed sound out loud or to yourself for one minute,

Slowly with your exhale.

Begin your practice now.

The sound is Vam.

Vam.

Drop your mantra,

Tune into the energy of your Svadhisthana chakra by listening for it and by visualizing the delicious orange colors of this living energy center.

Now affirm,

I savor the sweetness of life.

I have gratitude and joy in my life.

Shift your focus now to the Manipura Chakra which means city of jewels,

A swirling sphere of energy located at your solar plexus midway between your heart and navel.

Strengthen this golden amber energy by giving it your focus.

Cleanse and nourish the Manipura Chakra by repeating its seed sound,

Ram.

Connect the seed sound to your breath taking a deep abundant inhale then say the seed sound out loud or to yourself for one minute slowly with your exhale.

I will mind the time so you can let go of time.

The sound is Ram.

Drop your mantra,

Tune into the energy of the Manipura Chakra by listening for it and by visualizing the swirling golden amber colors of this living energy center.

Now affirm,

I am powerful.

I am enough.

Shift your focus to the Anahata Chakra,

The heart chakra.

Anahata means unstruck,

A swirling sphere of grass green or fresh leaf green and pink energy located in your heart area.

Strengthen this Anahata Chakra by giving it your focus.

Cleanse and nourish your heart chakra by repeating its seed sound,

Yam.

Connect this sound to your breath taking a deep abundant inhale then saying Yam as you exhale out loud or to yourself.

Begin your mantra now.

The sound is Yam.

Drop your mantra,

Tune into the energy of the Manipura Chakra by listening for it and by visualizing the swirling golden amber colors of this living energy center.

Shift your focus to the Vishuddhi Chakra,

Indigo and violet energies located between your eyebrows.

Strengthen this energy by giving it your attention.

As I nourish your Ajna chakra by repeating its seed sound,

Aum,

Connect the seed sound to your breath,

Taking an abundant inhale and saying the seed sound as a mantra out loud or to yourself for one minute.

I will mind the time so you can let go of time.

Begin your mantra practice now.

The seed sound is Aum.

Drop your mantra.

Listen into the energy of the arjuna chakra by listening for it and by visualizing the lavender,

Violet and indigo colors of this living energy center.

Now affirm,

My perception is clear and open.

Adjust your focus now to the sahasrara chakra,

A swirling sphere of iridescent,

Clear energy located just above your head at your crown.

Strengthen this energy,

This light of a thousand suns by giving it your focus.

Cleanse and nourish the sahasrara chakra by entering into its seed sound which is silence or listening.

You may press your tongue to the roof of your mouth.

Deepen your breath and for one minute enter into silent listening.

I will mind the time so you can let go of time.

Begin your practice now.

Good night.

Tune into the energy of the Sahasrara Chakra by listening for it and by visualizing the iridescent clear energies,

The light of a thousand suns.

Now affirm I am connected with all of life.

I am at one with the universe.

I am divine.

Allow yourself to let go,

To melt into deeper energetic awareness listening now to all of your chakras,

Allowing them to harmonize in the light of your attention,

In the light of your awareness.

Just breathing,
