I recommend reclining comfortably on your back with a support,
A bolster,
Or pillow underneath your knees.
I encourage the use of an eye pillow or a blanket for more grounding.

Inviting the eyes to soften,
The gaze to shift inward.
Release the jaw.
Soften the tongue away from the roof of the mouth,
Attuning to your breath.
We will take three clearing breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Inhale expands.
Exhale softens.
Deep breath.
Let it go.
