A short but powerful 5-minute breathwork practice designed to release tension, reset your body and mind, and bring you into a deep state of calm. You’ll do 35 circular breaths followed by a 30-second breath hold. Tingling in the hands, feet, or head is normal. If you need to breathe before 30 seconds, do so. Breathe through your nose or mouth. Important: Only practice while sitting or lying down in a safe place. Never do breathwork in water or while driving.

Lay down on your back and make yourself comfortable.

We're going to be taking 35 breaths together,

Inhaling deeply from your belly,

Exhaling fully,

Completely filling your abdomen and your lungs,

And then fully letting go.

Just focus on letting go of the breath.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Fully in,

Letting go.

In to the belly and letting go.

In and out.

In and out.

As deep as you can go.

Fully in,

Fully out.

In to the belly,

Letting it go.

Fully out.

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

One more.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Now stop.

Simply stop.

We're holding here for the next 30 seconds.

Simply being here and now.

You might feel tingling sensations in your toes,

In your fingers,

Or even feel a little lightheaded.

That's quite alright.

Take a deep breath in,

All the way in,

And hold.

We're holding here for 15 seconds.

And exhaling fully.

Taking one last deep inhale in from your nose.

Holding.

And now exhaling slowly through your mouth.

And now taking this relaxation and focus into your day.
