
Breath Practice For Parents Running On Empty
Welcome to this short practice, designed with you in mind. You've likely found yourself here because you don't know where else to go. Running on empty, wishing you could give more, needing support, but at a loss. This practice will guide you through a short breath meditation that helps to restore calm, replenish your energy stores, and calm your nervous system. Using belly breath, chest breath and gentle breath retention, we are able to bring peace through our system and reset. A rest "snack" to help you keep going until you find some more time for deeper respite. If you're feeling isolated, I'm here with you. All exhausted parents are here with you.
