Hi and welcome.

I'm Andrea from Nourish Moon and I'm so glad you decided to join me.

Stressful times call for extra attention to your self-care and self-nourishment.

Let's work through a gentle meditation together to bring you some comfort and relieve mental,

Physical and emotional tension.

Find a comfortable position,

Any position that feels good for you and close down the eyes.

Take a few minutes here to just slow down,

Knowing that this time is for you and you only.

No need to worry about your to-do list,

Just setting anything that's troubling you to the side.

Closing out the outside world and turning inwards.

Begin to gently lengthen the inhales and exhales,

Sending cues to the body that you are safe,

Inviting relaxation and peace into your body,

Into your mind.

And inviting a wave of love and empathy for yourself to wash over you like a warm blanket.

Visualize yourself looking into a mirror,

Looking at a reflection of you.

And this time see yourself with fresh eyes.

You're going through a lot and you have already overcome so much.

Maybe you haven't always made the perfect decisions,

But that is the human design.

That is how we learn and grow.

You are so deserving of love and you deserve these moments of peace.

Visualize yourself in this mirror with pure love for the human you are.

The world would not be the same place without you in it.

Can you take a few moments to just breathe and send yourself some love?

Excellent.

Whatever you're going through in your life right now,

I hope that you know that by showing up for yourself now,

Providing yourself with space and time to slow down,

Relax and breathe is such an important step in making your way through this time.

When we provide ourselves with enough nourishment and encouragement,

We can take each day one at a time and find glimpses of peace in the midst of the chaos.

And before you know it,

Those moments of peace will begin to multiply and you will get through this stressful time.

If you've done it before,

You will do it again.

And each time you make it through a time like this,

You become stronger and better equipped to handle the waves of life,

Making you even sturdier and stronger and unbreakable like a mountain.

You are strong.

Sometimes stress can get trapped in our physical body.

We can feel aches and pain or tension in our muscles.

Maybe your neck or shoulders feel tight.

Maybe your jaw clenches.

Maybe you get tension headaches.

Maybe your stomach hurts or you feel dizzy.

If you're experiencing any physical symptoms as a result of the stress you're going through,

I want you to take the next few moments to send love to those areas of your body and send your breath there.

And how you can do this effectively is to see your inhales as bringing in healing energy and the inhales of healing will land directly at the affected areas of your body.

And the breath will swirl around the tension and pain and wash away the hurt.

And on your exhales,

You'll feel a release of all of that tension.

Inhale,

Bringing in healing directly to the affected areas.

Let the breath swirl around.

Calm the tension.

Exhale,

Release the tension.

And if you don't have any physical pain,

Bring this healing into the heart center to clear away stress.

Do this on your own for your next several breaths.

And I will let you know when it's time to come back.

Start to bring awareness back into the physical space you're in.

Feeling the surface beneath you that supports you.

And taking one last final big inhale.

And exhale.

Inviting little movements into your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Welcome back.

Please come back any time that you need a little moment to yourself,

A little healing.

You've got this.
