So just take a few deep breaths to start with Hold the breath a few seconds before you exhale and before you inhale Just be aware of What is happening in your experience?
What is present in your perception?
So just look at your own Awareness Rest your attention on your awareness be consciously aware of that which you are conscious of Looking directly at the experience itself the whole experience Unfolding in awareness awareness See if you have any ideas if there are any thoughts any preferences if there is any Energy wanting this experience to unfold in a Specific direction So just become aware of if there is any stream of thoughts preferences energy That wants to move in a certain Direction that wants the experience to be something specific If there is something that want to Control the experience and if so if you can see any of that kind of movement in your awareness then just Let it be as it is you being aware of that Vibration that thought preference energy Is enough that you're just aware of it You don't need to do anything with it and neither do you need to Lock it off or turn it away.
Just Let it be So just keep on being aware of Awareness itself rest your attention on the flow of attention just perceive your own perception And just see whatever movements is taking place in your field of perception and just allow them to to be And if you become still allow yourself to just remain still and in that stillness you may Perceive more subtle movements of your mind mind making movements of a Narrative Explaining Understanding and Describing What is unfolding?
In the experience So just accept these tiny subtle movements of the mind Allow them to be there And just be aware of these subtle movements Again there is no need to Stop anything or to alter anything Just know that the experience that you are having is an experience of Perfection Whatever is unfolding in the moment know that it is Perfect So just stay Attentive alert and relaxed In your own awareness Perceiving these Subtle movements of mind that normally goes Unnoticed So just allow yourself to Be still be aware and out of the stillness Subtle movements may appear So don't look for anything specific Just remain relaxed Open Attentive to your own awareness So just let awareness Be open and Pay attention to that open awareness See if there is any subtle form of thoughts Moving in that awareness And allow them to be But just make your awareness so Fine-tuned That you can directly perceive these Subtle movements And once again Just know that whatever is unfolding Moment to moment in your experience Know that it is Perfection Allow yourself to Feel the perfection of it Align yourself With the knowing That the experience you are having each moment Is perfect Your experience Right now is perfect No matter what the content of the experience Any resistance Perceived disturbance No matter what the content of the experience Know it to be Perfect Nothing needs to change Be aware of any References you may have For how your experience should be right now And just know that even the presence of any movement Is perfect Really there is nothing That can take place In your experience That puts it outside of Perfection Even the judgment That it may not be perfect Is within Perfection So just be aware of What is unfolding in awareness Whatever self-talk Whatever thoughts That are present They are part of what is unfolding In awareness as such Just be aware of it And as you just remain aware See the subtle Movements Even in stillness Is there any subtle Movements In mind In your awareness See if you can feel Energy Moving In mind See if your perception can detect Vibrations Energy Before it has formed into any concept Can you perceive energy Moving in your awareness What is it that is aware of What is moving in awareness?
What is it That is having the experience Right now Can you perceive That which is Having the experience Can you directly Perceive That which is aware of your perception Can you perceive What is perceived In awareness And that which is perceived Perceived By what?
Is it perceived?
So just see the subtle Forms of movement In awareness Looking at the source of awareness Itself And if wisdom Knowing Wants to emerge in you Allow it to do so Allow yourself to be without form Just attentive to awareness Open to whatever Arises in awareness So I invite you to Open your eyes While remaining aware of awareness With open eyes Embracing the perfection of the moment And allow for clarity to Be present In you Always
