This is one of the seven meditations through chakras. During this meditation, you will have a chance to notice what is your relationship to life and unlish your creativity. This meditation will help us to balance our second chakra and to unblock our life energy.

Let's take our hands at the heart.
Let's establish intention.
Let's keep our eyes closed.
Let's focus and honor intention for today's session.
Rest your hands on your knees and just please shift your attention into the breath.
Let's take a deep breath in through the nose.
One,
Two and three.
Take a deep breath out.
One,
Two and three.
Take a deep breath in.
One,
Two and three.
Take a deep breath out.
One,
Two and three.
And again take a one deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Maybe you can deeper your breath.
Maybe you can slower your breath.
Take a few rounds in your own time.
No rush.
No rush.
Try to heal your breath.
Try to feel your breath.
Try to stay connected to your breath.
And today we will start a little bit different.
I want you to visualize that we are sitting in the circle.
All together a beautiful circle.
We are even holding our hands to bring this awareness that we are not alone.
That we have each other.
The sacral chakra,
Svadhisthana chakra,
Also known as the water chakra.
Location below navel,
Lower abdominal.
If you would like you can hold hands onto this area linked to colour orange,
Sense of taste and represent element of water,
Movement,
Flow,
Changes.
The svadhisthana chakra is the foundation of healthy ego.
That allows us to interact with the world without pretending to be someone we are not.
So if there is a balance it can teach us that nobody is perfect.
Sacral chakra is the centre of emotions,
Creativity,
Feelings,
Stimulates pleasure.
But the most important is that this chakra is the birth canal.
We have the capacity to birth a life we want.
So if we want to see the changes in our life this chakra is the nest of becoming a change itself.
But what is happening when the chakra is imbalanced?
It can manifest in low confidence,
Lack of motivation,
Inability to create intimate connections with others,
Lack of interest in self expression.
Mostly is blocked by guilt,
Shame and our dust from the past,
All our traumas,
Dramas.
So are we ready to rebirth again?
Are we ready to become who we meant to be?
Before we will start just ask yourself how you feel?
How you feel right now?
Welcome yourself into this moment.
I want you to take back to our garden.
Into our garden of life there is always something to do.
So you are still standing in your own garden barefoot.
There is a sun shining.
You feel the warmth.
And now I would like you to look for the very unique spot in your garden.
Some special place.
Can you see any of those special places in your garden?
If yes just walk slowly into this place.
Feel the deep connection with the earth.
And when you get there just take a seat next to this place,
Next to this spot and let's wait for others.
You can take a deep breath in,
Feel this magic,
Feel this truth surround around you.
Feel yourself like you never did before.
Take a deep breath in,
Take a deep breath out.
I'm hoping that everyone find this beautiful space and spot already and we all sitting next to this place.
I have something for you.
I want to give you a seat.
I named this seat forgiveness so please take it.
And if you are ready please plant this seat into this place,
Into this spot.
If you are not ready keep it for later.

And let's begin our journey through Tvashisthana chakra,
Sacral chakra.
Let's focus on the place in our body below the navel,
Our lower abdominal.
You can put hands up there if you wish and visualize color orange,
Visualize that there is a sun,
Orange sun into the space of lower abdominal.
And this orange sun is spreading inside us,
Making us feel warm,
Safe.
Can you feel this?
So stay focus on the lower belly,
Visualize a sun,
Orange sun inside you.
Lower belly,
Orange sun making us feel so warm,
So safe.
So we already planted our seats or maybe some of you are keeping the seat for later.
What I think is a beautiful time right now to wash our guilt,
Our shame from our body,
From our mind,
From our heart.
Breathing in see yourself as a water.
Breathing out intentionally you are releasing shame,
Guilt from your body and mind.
Breathing in see yourself as a water.
Breathing out you are releasing shame,
Guilt from your body and mind.
Breathing in see yourself as a water.
Water is washing you from the guilt,
Shame.
Breathing out you are growing free from guilt and shame.
Breathing in see yourself as a water.
Water is washing you from the guilt,
Shame.
Breathing out you are growing free from guilt and shame.
Breathing in see yourself as a water.
Breathing out if you are ready forgive yourself for all the mistakes in your life,
For harming yourself perhaps others.
Breathing in see yourself as a water washing all the guilt and shame.
Breathing out see yourself growing free from guilt,
Shame,
Pain.
Breathing in see yourself as a water.
Breathing out forgive yourself for all the mistakes in your life,
For harming yourself perhaps others.
Breathing in see yourself as a water.
Breathing out see yourself growing free from shame and guilt.
Breathing in feel yourself as a water.
Breathing out no more guilt,
No shame.
Breathing in feel yourself as a water.
Breathing out accept yourself the way you are.
Breathing in see yourself as a water.

No more shame.

Breathing out see yourself getting healthier,
Lighter.
Breathing in feel yourself as a water.
Breathing out forgive yourself and forgive others.
Breathing in you are growing free from guilt and shame.

Please carry on deep and slow breathing.
See yourself as a water,

And may the sound wash you from the guilt and shame.

And now feel how you are recovering,
Feel how your body is healing.

Breathing in something is growing at the back of your spine.
The pair of new wings.
Breathing in see yourself recovering.
See your body is healing.
Breathing in feel your wings,
Feel your wings.
Breathing out maybe you are ready to fly.
Breathing in see your body recovering and healing.
Breathing out there is a new pair of wings getting ready to fly.
Breathing in see yourself as a water which is becoming an ocean.
Breathing out see yourself not as a water but as a part of an ocean but an ocean itself.
Breathing in all shame and guilt got crushed on the shore of the ocean and became its part.
Open your wings as you are ready to fly.
All the shame and guilt crushed on the shore of the ocean and became its part.

Take a moment and scan your body,
Scan your mind,
Scan your heart and shift the attention into the lower belly and the orange sun.
Let's dry our body with this orange sun after this very deep bath.
Very slowly please bring back awareness into your heart,
Into your body.
You can gently move your fingers,
Gently your toes.
You can open your eyes and just give yourself a smile.
