Welcome to this body confidence meditation.

Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position and notice how you are feeling.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and take a deep breath out through your mouth.

You are going to scan your body for a moment.

So notice your feet,

How are they feeling?

And your ankles.

Your legs.

All the way to your hips.

Your stomach.

How is your back feeling?

Your chest.

Your arms.

Your hands.

All the way to your shoulders.

Your neck.

And your back.

Where in your body is it most tense?

And where is your body most relaxed?

Take a deep breath in.

Take a deep breath out.

One more time.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Wherever your body is feeling tense at the moment,

It's okay.

Remember that it's always okay how you are feeling.

During this meditation you are going to get more confident in your own bodies.

A lot of people nowadays don't feel comfortable in their own bodies.

They have an image on how your body should be.

They have to be perfect.

But let me tell you this,

You are already perfect from the day that you are born.

I want you to take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Take a moment to consider your thoughts of your body.

Maybe you feel happy about your body or confident.

Maybe you feel neutral or frustrated.

Maybe angry or sad.

Maybe a combination of things.

Now I first want you to think about the part of your body that you feel most happy and confident with.

Take a moment.

Deep breath in and deep breath out.

Now I want you to take a moment to consider your thoughts about the place of your body that you don't feel that confident about.

Notice how it's feeling.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Now I want you to give that part you are not feeling so confident about,

The love,

The support and the happiness of the part that you do feel confident about.

Give it some love.

Give that part of your body you are not happy with.

Give it love.

Give it the love it needs because it's part of you.

You are not just one part of your body.

You are whole.

You are one.

You are beautiful.

Your body is working as one whole mechanism and it needs the love and support everywhere.

It deserves to be totally loved and supported by you.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Take a deep breath in.

Feel your body with love.

Take a deep breath out.

Let it go.

Take a deep breath in.

Feel your whole body with love.

Feel it in your toes,

In your hands,

In your shoulders.

Breathe out.

Now I want you to repeat after me.

I am beautiful.

My whole body is filled with love.

I am grateful for my body.

I am grateful for every part of my body.

Thank you body for supporting me every day.

Thank you.

I love you.

I care for you.

You're my home.

You're my safe place.

I love you.

And every piece of it.

Because you're perfect since the day I was born.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Feel your body with love.

Breathe out,

Let go.

Breathe out.

And when you're ready,

Start noticing your body.

Move your feet,

In your hands,

In your shoulders.

And feel that you are one.

Your body loves you.
