Welcome to another audio from Soul Mind Power to relieve any tension from body or mind.

This audio is perfect to release worries and to calm yourself down.

Listen to this audio only when your mind does not require your conscious attention.

Under this exercise you can expect to feel relaxed and calmer.

So let's start with the progressive muscle relaxation now.

As you listen to me I wonder if you can find a relaxed and comfortable place to settle in.

And as you listen to me and listen to each word I say you slowly start to close your eyes.

Feeling relaxed and calm with each word you hear and with every word I say.

I wonder if you can now bring your attention to your breath.

And as you bring the attention to your breath you notice how you're inhaling and exhaling every time you breathe.

I would like you to inhale your breath deeply now.

Hold it and exhale.

That's right.

Let's do it one more time.

Inhale deeply from your nose.

Hold it for a few seconds.

And exhale now.

Now come back to your normal breathing pattern.

And as you allow yourself to relax I would like you to shift your focus or awareness to your toes.

And as you do that stretch out your toes.

And then simply relax as you bring them back to their normal position.

Now tighten your calf muscles as if you are squeezing them in for a few seconds.

And then simply let go as you relax and release.

Allowing yourself to relax any discomfort or tightness that you may have in your calves.

Now tighten your thigh muscles just as you did with your calf muscles.

Release them in.

Hold for a few seconds.

And relax.

That's right.

Breathing calmly listening to the sound of my voice.

You now shift your focus from your legs to the midsection of your body.

You now tense your butt muscles.

So I wonder if you could squeeze them in for a few moments and then relax.

That's right.

Feeling all the relaxation going into your toes,

Your heels,

Ankles,

Calf muscles,

Thighs and hips.

As you continue to breathe slowly listening to each word I say you now shift your focus to your upper body.

Starting with your stomach and back.

Bring all your attention to the lower abdomen.

Squeezing in the muscles and then releasing them slowly.

Letting go of any stress or tightness.

Now take a deep breath again.

Feeling the air go inside of your stomach.

And when you exhale you mentally let go of any unwanted thoughts or feelings that may be bothering you lately.

Now slowly shift your awareness to your hands.

And I wonder if you could tighten your fists really hard and hold them for a few moments.

And now as you relax you open your fists slowly.

Letting any tightness or stress to simply fade away.

Now bring all your attention to your arms.

And as you do so you simply tighten all and every muscle of your arms as you bring them closer towards your body.

Holding them like that for a moment.

And now relax.

You bring all your awareness to your upper body.

To your shoulders and back.

And as you do so simply lift your shoulders up towards your ears.

Holding them tight and tightening them.

Stay in this position for next five seconds.

And now release and relax yourself fully.

Let your shoulders fall to their normal position.

And as you do that all the discomfort that you may have or any stress that you feel in your back and shoulders will simply fade away.

Now bring your focus to all your facial muscles.

Perhaps those tiny muscles around your eyes.

And as you do that you squeeze your eyes tightening your eye muscles and then holding them like that for a few moments.

And you now release.

That's right.

As you continue to listen to the sound of my voice you allow your focus to shift to your jaw muscles.

And I wonder if you could open your jaw as wide as possible and hold it in that position for a few moments.

Bring the tension in the jaw.

And now relax.

Let your jaw come back to its normal position.

Now imagine the colour that represents relaxation or peace to you.

I wonder if you could now imagine that colour magically appearing in front of you.

It looks beautiful and so relaxing.

Just look at it.

And you touch it.

Maybe it's a ball filled with that colour that exudes a beautiful energy.

And as you touch it you notice that energy entering your fingers,

Your palms,

Your hands.

Moving up into your arms,

Your shoulders,

Back,

Your neck.

Moving up into your chin,

Your lips,

Your nose,

Your head.

Coming down to your ears.

Going into your shoulders again.

Now touching the centre of your chest.

And moving down into your stomach,

Your midsection,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Your calves,

Your feet.

Feel this beautiful relaxation in your entire body,

In every cell,

Fibre,

Bone,

Muscle and nerve.

Your body is illuminating with this peaceful energy.

So calm and relaxed.

And I'm going to leave you here for a few moments so that you enjoy this beautiful state of relaxation.

I am now going to wake you up as I count from one to five.

At five you will be fully awake,

Feeling calm and relaxed,

Ready to continue with your day.

So start coming up with one.

Higher with two.

Further up with three.

All your mental,

Emotional,

Physical,

Spiritual bodies aligned.

At four.

At five,

Eyes open.

All right again,

You are wide awake.
