This is a practice with guided imagery that will reduce body aches and pains. Listen to this audio every time the pains increase even menstrual pain. Use it to reduce the pain and manage it much better.

Welcome to another guided visualization from Soulmindpower.

Com on pain relief.

Please listen to this recording only when your mind does not require your conscious attention.

Sit or lay in a comfortable position with your hands and feet on crust.

Relax yourself completely.

And I wonder if you could now close your eyes and take a deep breath.

And as you do that simply say the word relax to yourself.

Take another deep breath all the way from your nose.

Say the word relax to yourself.

And simply let go while you exhale.

Take another deep breath.

And as you inhale I wonder if you could inhale the positive energy.

And as you exhale simply imagine letting go of all the stress that you may have in your mind and body right now.

Take the fourth deep breath.

And this time wiggle your toes and stretch the calves of your legs.

And as you exhale simply let your torso and chest go limp and loose.

That's right.

Take another deep breath all the way from your nose.

And simply let go of all the tension and stress that you may have in your shoulders,

Neck and head.

And as you exhale and let go.

That's right.

And as you continue to relax and listen to the sound of my voice and the sound of my voice only.

I wonder if you could get in touch with the feeling of eyelashes.

And that takes you even deeper.

Get in touch with the fabric on your shoulders and feel it.

And as you feel it you become even more relaxed.

Now get in touch with the feelings of the fabric on your chest.

And go deeper.

Now become aware of the feeling of the fabric on your stomach and legs.

Get in touch with the feeling and become even more relaxed.

Now become aware of the feelings of the chair or bed under your body.

And drift further deep down into a beautiful state of relaxation.

That's right.

Continue to relax more and more with every breath you take.

And with every word you hear.

And I wonder if you could imagine or visualize the area you feel most discomfort in your body.

Today is the day you have chosen to look into your pain to be able to manage it better or simply release it because you want to feel better isn't it.

And I know you can do it because everybody can.

Your subconscious mind is powerful and a powerful house of knowledge,

Wisdom and carries enough creativity to alter or change anything.

I would like you to simply go into yourself.

Bring all your attention in words and find that discomfort.

And as you find it,

You simply give it a color and shape.

And let it stay there for a while until you find more areas that hurt you.

And see what other pains are residing there and what are the colors and shapes.

I wonder if you could simply get in to the other parts of the body and scan each body part to look for more discomfort and aches and pains that stop you from enjoying the life you truly deserve.

I know you can do that.

So simply keep giving shapes and colors to each pain that you experience until I speak again.

That's right.

You can now notice in your body perhaps different shapes and different colors and sizes causing all the discomfort.

And I wonder if you could go to each of these areas and lighten up the color.

Perhaps just fade the color with your mind.

And fade the color of each of them.

If they are very bright,

Perhaps give it a different color that makes you feel warm and nice.

You may even want to reduce the size of each shape to a very small object.

And all the discomfort that you have in your body getting reduced.

And the colors fade.

I am now going to be quiet for a while for you to do all the inner work to be able to lighten,

Fade the colors and reduce the sizes of all the discomfort that you are having in your body right now.

Now take a deep breath.

And as you do that,

I wonder if you could simply relax even more as you exhale.

As I count down from five down to zero,

You will drift further into this beautiful state of relaxation and reach your safe place.

It could be indoors or outdoors.

Whatever that is,

You simply go to that safe place.

That makes you feel so relaxed,

Safe and secure.

So when I reach zero,

You will be in your safe place.

From five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One and zero,

Go to your safe place now.

That's right.

And as you are in your safe place,

You notice there is a big box,

A big box that can take up anything that you want to give it.

And today is the day to give all the objects that are residing in your body as discomfort,

Pains or aches to this big box.

And all those pains and aches look very different.

You can easily visualize,

Feel or imagine the colors inside your body,

The objects.

That's right.

They're right there and do not serve any purpose.

So you simply let go of all those small objects in lighter shades and colors.

And one by one,

You get rid of them with your hands.

Just imagine,

Visualize or feel taking all those out,

All the objects out of your body with your hands and throwing all of that away into that big box.

And I'm going to be quiet for a few moments so that you get rid of all the aches and pains and discomfort now.

That's right.

You close that box and seal it the way you want to seal it so that nothing comes out ever.

That's right.

And in a while,

As I count down from five down to zero with each count,

This box is going to shrink and disappear from your safe place.

So five,

It's becoming smaller and smaller with every countdown.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One and zero out of your sight completely.

And as you're in your safe place,

I wonder if you could find a comfortable place for yourself to sit.

Just sit and relax.

And as you do that,

You notice that your body is free from all the discomfort.

And I wonder if you could imagine yourself doing what you want to do when you are free from any physical discomfort.

That's right.

Be in the moment and notice what you're doing when there is no physical discomfort.

Perhaps it's a future event.

And as you imagine,

Visualize or feel that way,

I wonder if you could step in that image of yours right now.

Feel the body.

Feel every body part being free from any discomfort.

Feel every muscle,

Fiber and bone radiating with energy and comfort.

You are free.

You allow yourself to live with all the unwanted emotions and thoughts.

You now choose to forgive others more and more with every passing day.

You deserve to be happy and healthy.

You deserve to be discomfort free.

You deserve to have comfort in your entire body.

You allow healing to flow into your body with every passing day.

And as I count down from five down to zero with each count,

You will be twice as deep and these suggestions will go deeper in your mind.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One and zero.

I'm now going to be quiet for a few moments so that you enjoy this beautiful state of relaxation.

And I'm going to count you up from one to five.

At five,

You will be fully awake,

Feeling light and relaxed,

Positive and happy and good about yourself and your body.

So start coming up with one,

Higher up with two,

Further up with three,

All your mental,

Emotional,

Physical and spiritual bodies aligned at four.

At five,

Eyes open,

Wide awake.
