There are so many moments in life when we are seeking guidance through our own guides or our inner knowing. Receiving those messages can bring us the sign or confirmation that we need to help us find the new beginning or the pathway to choose. Taking time to connect deeply within. Relax. And then allow a sign to come to us takes us on a journey. Here is that journey

Allow yourself to settle into your safe space.
Allow yourself to get comfortable on the floor.
Allow a nice deep breath in and a long release out.
Allow the body to settle.
Let the body soften.
From the heels,
Running up the back of the legs to the hips.
Running up the spine to the shoulders,
Down the arms to the hands.
Just a gentle tilt forward with your chin.
Allowing your body to deepen onto the surface,
Deepen to the ground.
Allow yourself a nice deep breath in and a long release out.
Breathing it in,
No control of breath.
Just allowing breath to release.
Feeling the chest rise and fall.
Taking a nice deep breath in,
Allowing a long release out.
Allow the stomach to sink down through the spine.
And on your next breath in,
Breathing to the feet.
Breath by breath.
Feeling the feet,
Allowing yourself to feel into the feet and connect.
Connecting to the toes.
Connecting to the soul of the feet,
Connecting to the top of the feet,
Allowing yourself to feel and connect.
Breath by breath feeling.
And breath by breath releasing.
And as you release,
You release the steps,
You release the past,
You release all that has been.
As you're feeling into the feet,
You're feeling all the steps you have taken to get to where you are now.
And breath by breath,
Releasing those steps,
Releasing the feet.
Taking a nice deep breath in,
Allowing a long release out.
Releasing the past and moving on,
Breathing to feel the legs.
Breath by breath,
Feeling from the ankles to the top of the thigh.
Allowing the legs to be filled with breath.
And as you're filling the legs with breath,
You're feeling connecting into the legs,
Allowing that breath.
You're feeling the muscles,
The bones,
The blood that runs through the veins,
You're feeling the weight and the burden that the legs have carried all this time.
And as you feel,
And as you connect breath by breath,
You release those burdens.
You release the weight you have been carrying.
Breathing it in,
Filling the legs with breath.
Feeling connecting to the legs.
And breath by breath as you release,
Allowing the burdens to be released.
Taking a nice deep breath in,
Allowing a long release out.
Releasing the past,
Laying the burdens down and moving on,
Breathing,
Feeling the hips and the pelvis.
And as you breathe to the hips and the pelvis,
You allow them to soften,
You allow them to open,
You allow them to fill with breath.
And as you're breathing in,
You're allowing the breath to spiral through the hips,
To spiral through the pelvis,
To cleanse through the organs,
To open.
To connect to new life.
Feeling the energy,
Feeling the creation,
Feeling the new life with every breath.
Breath by breath you breathe in,
You feel,
And with every release of breath,
You release any blocks to your new life,
To new creation.
Taking a nice deep breath out.
And as you release,
Allowing the body to soften and sink,
You have moved on from the past and laid your burden down.
You have welcomed new life and you move on to breathe to the stomach.
Breathing it in,
Filling the stomach with breath,
Like a giant balloon,
Breath by breath.
As you breathe in,
You fill the stomach and you feel into the stomach and connect.
Breath by breath,
You connect to all the emotion that has been held within the stomach.
And breath by breath you release the anger,
The pain,
The frustration,
The resentment,
The guilt and the shame.
Breath by breath you release.
Breathing in to feel,
To feel with breath,
To feel,
To connect to the emotion.
And to release breath by breath.
All the old emotion that no longer serves you.
Taking a nice deep breath in,
Allowing a long release out.
Releasing the past,
Laying down the burdens,
Welcoming new life,
Releasing the emotion and moving on to breathe through the spine.
From the base of the spine to the very tip,
Breathing.
Taking a nice deep breath in and breathing a nice clear breath,
The length of the spine.
Allowing the breath to channel through the spine and on every release.
Allowing any negative energy,
Any negative thought or feeling to be released through the breath.
Breathing in and allowing that breath to spiral around the spine,
Circling the spine from the base to the very tip of the medulla.
Taking a nice deep breath in and as you breathe out allow the spine to sink down into the hips,
To connect,
To release.
You have moved on from the past,
You have laid the burdens down.
You have welcomed new life and cleared the path for the energy to come.
The emotion,
You have begun to release and you move on and you breathe to the chest.
And you breathe in and you fill the chest with breath.
And you feel the chest rise and fall.
Breathing it in,
Filling the chest and as the chest fills the rib cage opens,
It peels back against the body.
And the chest and the ribs expand and the breath flows into the diaphragm and the lungs.
And as you feel so deeply with breath,
You feel,
You feel into the chest and all the emotion that has been stored there.
You breathe in and you feel and as you breathe out you release the fear,
You release the anxiety,
You release all through the stress,
The pride,
The envy,
The jealousy.
You release the sadness.
Taking a nice deep breath in,
Filling the chest,
Expanding the ribs,
Allowing the diaphragm and the lungs to open fully.
So every release allows breath by breath the emotion to be released.
Taking a nice deep breath in,
Allowing a long release out.
Having moved on from the past and placed all the weights aside.
You're moving on to new life and cleared the energy through the body.
You've now released all the emotion.
Your shoulders relax,
Your arms soften,
Your fingers loosen and you come to your throat.
As you breathe into the mental swallow,
You clear the throat and you breathe to expand the throat across the neck.
Opening through the throat,
Allowing it to expand.
As your throat expands it opens,
You can feel the tightness releasing and you can feel the energy of connection coming to the throat.
Breath by breath releasing,
Old thoughts,
Feelings,
Emotion,
Words that were never said.
Breathing,
Releasing.
Taking a nice deep breath in,
Allowing a long release out.
And you soften your face,
You take the tongue away from the roof of your mouth and you breathe now to your mind and fill the mind with breath.
Breathing it in,
Filling the mind breath by breath.
And as you're filling the mind with breath,
You're filling into all the thoughts,
All the stress that occupies your mind.
And as you breathe into the mind,
The thoughts folding to breath.
And breath by breath,
You release,
You release the thoughts and slowly allow the mind to clear.
Breathing it in,
Clearing breath by breath as you breathe out.
Taking a nice deep breath in,
As you breathe out,
Releasing all thoughts,
Allowing the mind to soften.
You've released the past and laid the burdens down.
You're allowing new life.
You have cleansed the body.
You have released the emotion.
You have allowed the thoughts to be released.
And you open and breathe from feet all the way to the crown.
A nice long,
Clear,
Smooth breath.
Breath by breath,
You release the body fully.
As you release the body,
You connect now to the breath.
And as you connect to the breath,
You allow the body to fold away.
You allow breath to fold away and you allow feeling to be your connection.
And you feel.

You feel the energy to walk the journey to your sacred space.
And as you walk in your path,
Ahead you see your beautiful tree.
You approach the tree.
And you allow your forehead to rest against its trunk,
Your hands to rest gently at its side.
And you allow all thoughts of stress or worry to release from you to the tree.
And as you are done,
Step back,
Give gratitude,
Give smiles,
Give love.
And continue to your path.
And as you walk along your path ahead,
You see the great door to your sacred space.
The key is in your pocket.
You unlock the door and allow yourself to enter,
Closing and locking the door behind.
Making your way to your garden.
Wandering through the flowers,
Taking in their perfume,
Enjoying their beauty and their colours.
Continue walking through your garden.
And slowly start to walk down the gentle slope of the hill.
Taking in the scenery,
Taking in all that is around you.
Walking slowly down the slope.
And finding a lush,
Comfy space of grass to settle onto.
Tip your shoes off and feel the grass and the coolness under your feet.
Scrunch your toes with your hands and allow them to come alive.
Put your hands behind you,
Supporting your back and lean back.
And take a deep breath in and just feel the warmth of the day.
Feel the gentle sun.
Feel the calm and serenity that is around you.
Just breathe it all in and allow yourself to slowly,
Slowly come into the space of peace where you are.
Allow your face to have a gentle smile.
Close your eyes.
And then just enjoy being where you are.
Allow yourself to lay back onto the ground,
Feeling the coolness of the grass under your hands.
Allow yourself to feel your breath.
Now allow yourself to sit up.
And just gently looking around,
Take a nice deep breath in and breathe out and release.
Bring your chin to your chest and focus on a gentle breathing.
And then take a deep breath in and out.
I want you to take note that you can hear the gentle sound of birds flying around.
Keeping your chin down,
Eyes closed,
Just allow yourself to hear the sound of the wings flapping.
Perhaps a gentle cry from the birds.
Now raising your chin and opening your eyes,
I want you to stay very gentle and very calm.
Raise your left arm out in front of you,
Straight from the shoulder,
And turn your palm down.
Sit very still,
Don't startle,
Give it a moment,
Take a nice deep breath in,
And as you breathe out,
You notice a bird flying in closer,
Circling you,
And coming to rest on your arm.
Take your right hand,
Palm up in front of you,
And the bird has a message in its beak.
It places the paper in your hand,
Give gratitude,
And the bird will leave.
And the palm of your hand is now the message that you are seeking.
You may have been asking what's next,
You may have been asking what to do.
You may not have questioned,
But you knew that something was coming.
Slowly open the piece of paper,
And there will be a message for you.
Using your left hand,
Scrunch the piece of paper back up,
Hold it tightly in your hand,
Repeat the message three times in your mind,
And opening your hand you see the paper has gone.
Close your eyes and sit quietly with that message.
Don't struggle with it,
Don't argue with it,
Don't debate it,
Just allow the message that came.
Allow yourself to absorb it,
Allow yourself to accept it,
Without question.
And give yourself a moment to really understand what was in the message.
Open your eyes again and just looking around your sacred space.
Allow yourself to stand,
Just gently walk around and think for a moment about the message.
Take a nice deep breath in and breathe out,
And as you breathe out release the need to question,
To argue.
Allow the message to sit within you.
Walking back towards your garden.
Gently moving through the garden,
Connecting with the flowers,
Making your way to the great door.
Moving through the door and locking it on the other side.
Gently walking down the path.
Slowly walking back into your body,
Feeling the breath and allowing yourself to connect that breath with the body.
Feeling the breath allowing it to run from the feet all the way to the crown of the head.
Bringing the breath down to the feet,
Gently connecting to the feet and moving the toes.
Bringing the breath into the legs and the hips and gently moving them.
Breathing through the stomach,
Through the spine,
Through the chest.
Allowing the breath to trickle down the arms to the fingers and gently moving the fingers.
Allowing the head to tilt from side to side.
Bringing the arms up above the head,
Stretching them from toes all the way to fingers,
A long stretch.
Bringing your knees into chest and hugging into the knees.
Releasing the arms,
Releasing the legs,
A nice deep breath in,
A long release out.
At your own pace,
Just allowing yourself to come back to where we are,
Opening your eyes.
But just staying still for a moment longer and reconnecting to that message and allowing the message to come into your body,
To come into your heart,
To come into your soul,
To find its right connection.
Breathing it in and breathing it out.
And then ask yourself,
What does this message mean for me?
And sit with that a moment.
And then ask yourself,
What does this message mean for me?
