Hello there.
This is your boundary bubble meditation.
Just close your eyes or keep the metasoft gaze and settle into your space whether you are seated or lying down.
And just notice your breath inhaling and exhaling with ease.
Replacing your hand on your heart to feel your chest rise and fall with your breath.
And I want you to imagine yourself stepping outside your door of your home and noticing that there is a bubble right outside.
I want you to inhale and when you exhale magically bring yourself into this bubble.
So inhale and exhale and enter.
Feel yourself relax and breathe easier knowing that you are protected by this bubble.
And while you're in this bubble notice what color it is.
Maybe it's more than one color.
How big is it?
Does it just fit around you or is it even larger?
Is it like a balloon bubble?
Something that you created with the balloon wand or something else?
Just notice and enjoy being in this bubble as you start to walk around outside your home and your neighborhood.
Just seeing the world with this protection.
Noticing people walking by you.
Again knowing that you are protected by this gentle but loving bubble that's around you.
Notice how everything looks outside of this bubble.
Does it look different?
Does it look the same?
Just notice.
Just keep watching and observing whatever's around you knowing that you're safe in this space.
Now after you've walked a little bit imagine yourself being faced with a challenging person or setting.
Maybe nothing too challenging to trigger you a lot.
Something that's maybe a 5 to 7 on a scale of 1 to 10.
This could be a family member,
A work colleague,
It can be someone's home,
A park,
Your workplace,
And just notice your breath as you're faced with this challenging person or setting but also remembering that you are protected in your bubble and you're safe and your energy is yours and no one else's and no one else's energy can penetrate yours.
Now as you're with this person or in this place I want you to repeat the following.
I am worthy.
I am worthy of my needs.
I am worthy of my values.
My feelings and experiences are valid.
I am safe.
I am worthy of my boundaries.
My energy is mine.
Now just look at this person or stand in this place where no one or nothing can enter your bubble and notice how you feel in your body and notice what happens when their energy comes close to yours.
Does it slide off the side of the bubble?
Does it bounce off?
Does it just dissipate in the air?
Does your body feel lighter or stronger?
More at peace?
Anxious?
Sad?
Just notice how you feel.
There's no right or wrong feeling here.
Now simply turn around and walk back the way you came.
Going back in the direction of your home,
Back through the neighborhood,
Seeing different plants and trees,
Maybe some neighbors.
And once again notice how you feel as you walk away in your bubble.
Then walk into your home feeling this bubble around you knowing that you can always access this bubble.
It's always there for you.
You can call it before you enter a challenging situation or meet with someone who violates your boundaries.
You can call upon it in the middle of a situation.
You can walk away from a situation and step back into it because this bubble is yours.
As we close out this meditation,
I'll ask you to take three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Feel free to open your eyes or lift your gaze.
