Welcome to this capital meditation.
Take your time to find a comfortable seat position,
Placing a cushion or a blanket under your glutes to lengthen the spine or laying down.
Your body is softening,
Face relaxed,
Eyes are closing.
And when you feel ready,
Connect with your breath,
Move the space.
Take a deep breath in,
Open your mouth,
Deep breath out.
And again,
Deep breath in,
Exhale,
Breathe out.
Feel the connection with the earth and the sky.
And simply be in this,
In the middle of these two opposite forces that are pulling from the bottom to the top and from the top to the bottom.
Continue to observe,
Sense and feel your breath.
Don't force it.
Simply observe,
Sense and feel your breath.
Now take a moment to check and see if you are actually here before there is right and wrong.
You are just here before there is good or bad or worthy.
And before there is the sinner or saints,
We are just here.
Inhale and exhale,
Feel your breath moving through the radar of your spine.
Just meet here where silence is,
Where the stillness inside tenses.
Just here before knowing something or not moving.
Just meet here where all points of view merge into one point and one point disappears.
Inhale,
Deep exhale.
Observe,
Sense and feel.
Observe,
Sense and feel.
Be with your breath.
Be with the simplicity of your breath.
And just see if you can meet right now where you touched eternal and feel eternal leaving and dying at each moment.
Just meet here before you were an expert,
Before you were a beginner.
Just to be here where you are,
What you always will be and where you will never add anything to this or subtract anything.
Observe,
Sense and feel.
Listen,
Listen to the sound of your breath.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Breathe,
Breathe.
Meet here where you want nothing and where you are nothing.
The here doesn't speak well.
Where we meet only mystery to mystery,
Where we don't meet at all.
Meet here where you find yourself while not finding yourself.
In this place where whiteness is the feeling and the stillness move too fast to catch it.
Breathe,
Inhale and exhale.
Observe,
Sense and feel.
Meet here where you are,
What you want and you want what you are and everything falls away into radiant emptiness.
Breathe,
Breathe and be here right now.
Observe,
Sense and feel.
Your body was here but the rest of you went somewhere else.
Your body has been going through these things called life but your head has been going through this thing called my fantasy about life.
You have been caught in fantasy and interpretation about life so you have never really been here.
The eternal here,
The eternal is here.
Have you never noticed that you have never left here except in your mind?
When you remember the past you are not actually in the past.
Your remembering is happening here and when you think about the future,
That future projection is completely here and when you get to the future it's here.
It's no longer the future.
Inhale and exhale to be here.
All you have to do is let go of who you think you are.
That's all.
And then you realize I'm here.
Here is where thoughts aren't lived.
Every time you come here you are nothing,
Radiantly nothing,
Absolutely eternally zero.
Emptiness that is awake,
Emptiness that is full,
Emptiness that is everything.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Breathe,
Observe,
Sense and feel.
You only want various things because you don't know who you are.
But as soon as you come back to yourself,
To that empty awakeness,
Then you realize there is nothing more you want because you are what you want.
So be here with your breath.
Observe,
Sense,
Feel.
Now take your time to come back.
Feel your body enter into the earth.
Feel the pooling towards the sky.
Feel the presence of this body.
Bring your hands in into the water in front of your heart and start to create some heat with your hands.
Heat faster,
Beat.
And now place the hands,
These warm hands,
Full of your energy,
Your life force.
Place it on your eyes.
Feel the warmth on your skin and also in this moment,
Feel to be here right now.
Start to gently and slowly open your eyes.
And then release your hands on your knees or on your side.
Look around you.
Look around you if you are to any movement.
Bring your hands on your third eyes and be grateful for this time that you give to yourself.
Be thankful with yourself to this beautiful practice and be grateful for this ritual that will make you feel to be in the present moment and to make you realize how you feel and help you to connect with your true essence,
With nature.
