This tapping meditation aims to release the resistance towards the exhaustion and other symptoms from chronic fatigue syndrome. releasing stress towards the current situation is often the first step in healing.

Hi there beautiful soul.

This meditation is a tapping meditation and is part of the Alignment Recovery Program.

If you are new to tapping,

Then please open the picture below this meditation on the fifth module of the program where it shows you tapping points.

You can use several fingers from each hand,

Like two or three,

To tap multiple times on each spot on each side of your body with both hands.

In this tapping meditation we'll be focusing on overcoming exhaustion.

When we feel exhausted,

We tend to focus on getting more sleep or getting some other form of physical rest.

And while those things are useful and helpful,

What we tend to overlook is that chronic stress robs us from our energy and brings us into a state of exhaustion.

Chronic stress can make us feel exhausted from several angles.

It interferes with both the quantity and quality of our sleep,

So even when we think that we've slept through the night,

We may wake up exhausted.

That's usually stress disrupting our sleep.

Chronic stress can also interfere with a good digestion,

So we get less energy from the food that we eat.

And it also makes us less likely to exercise or do any movement on a regular basis.

And almost all the behaviors caused by chronic stress do cause extra stress and more feelings of exhaustion.

So the fastest and most effective way to overcome exhaustion is by releasing stress.

This meditation is meant to get you tapping on this topic and give you some general language to use.

And if the language is not right for your particular situation,

You can always change the language and the sentences that we are going to tap on.

While you are tapping,

Notice and become aware of any ideas,

Thoughts,

Impressions,

Emotions,

And specific memories.

And you can tap maybe during this meditation or maybe afterwards on your own on these specific experiences.

Because the more you specify what you're tapping on to your situation,

To what you feel,

Believe,

And experience,

The better.

We'll start by focusing on what you're currently feeling.

Can we spend a few minutes on negative or truth tapping,

Not to anchor it in,

But simply to allow it so that we can remove the resistance towards it?

Feeling safe enough to acknowledge how you're feeling and to speak the truth about your current experience.

It's one of the most powerful things that we can do in life.

We'll start by focusing on how exhausted you are.

Allow yourself to sink in the experience of pure exhaustion and let it come over you and let it come bigger and let it grow.

Notice where you feel it in your body.

Also notice what parts of your life makes you feel the most exhausted.

Maybe you feel the most exhausted when you think about work,

Maybe about your symptoms,

Your relationship,

Your child,

Cleaning the house,

Whatever it might be for you,

Or maybe just all of it together.

On a scale from 1 to 10,

Give your exhaustion a number and 10 being completely exhausted,

Having no energy for anyone or anything.

Write that number down somewhere or just remember it.

Let's start by taking three deep breaths in your body,

Feeling safe and grounded in your body in the present moment,

Feeling present,

Space and time.

So we'll start by tapping on the karate tap point and tap continuously while you repeat after me.

Because I feel so exhausted,

I just don't have the energy to do the things that I want to do.

I deeply and completely love myself.

Even though I am just so exhausted,

It's all just too much and I can't handle it all.

I love myself and accept how I feel.

Even though I am so tired,

I just can't handle all of it anymore.

I love myself and I accept how I feel.

Eyebrow,

I'm just so exhausted.

Side of the eye,

I need rest.

Under the eye,

I have no energy for anything.

Under the nose,

I just want to rest.

Under the mouth,

I'm out of energy.

Colorbone,

I'm just too exhausted to deal with anything.

Under the arm,

I just need to stop doing so much.

Top of the head,

I really need rest.

Eyebrow,

All this exhaustion.

Side of the eye,

I just feel that I can't keep up.

Under the eye,

Just too much to deal with.

Under the nose,

Why am I so exhausted?

Under the mouth,

Is it really rest that I need?

Colorbone,

Maybe there is just too much stress in my life.

Under the arm,

What if the stress is making me feel so exhausted?

Top of the head,

Maybe I need a break from all this stress.

Eyebrow,

Everything just feels so overwhelming.

Side of the eye,

I just don't know how to do it all anymore.

Under the eye,

And the stress of it all is just so exhausting.

Under the nose,

Maybe I can start to let go of all the stress.

Under the mouth,

I need to relax.

Colorbone,

Releasing the stress now.

Under the arm,

Releasing it from every cell of my body.

Top of the head,

Allowing myself to stop worrying.

Eyebrow,

Allowing myself to feel relaxed right now.

Side of the eye,

Things don't have to be perfect for me to feel relaxed.

Under the eye,

It is safe to let go of the stress.

Under the nose,

And safe to let go of all this exhaustion.

Under the mouth,

I can get my energy back.

Colorbone,

I can deal with stress in new ways.

Under the arm,

I can use tapping to release stress.

Top of the head,

I can use tapping to stop worrying.

Eyebrow,

I can feel relaxed despite all of the symptoms.

Side of the eye,

Allowing myself to relax right now.

Under the eye,

Letting go of all the stress.

Under the nose,

And letting go of this exhaustion.

Under the mouth,

I can let go of all the stress.

Colorbone and regain my energy.

Under the arm,

Letting go of all the exhaustion now.

Top of the head,

Releasing the stress from every cell of my body.

Eyebrow,

Releasing all this exhaustion.

Side of the eye,

It is safe to let it go.

Under the eye,

Feeling the energy coming back.

Under the nose,

Feeling my body heal.

Under the mouth,

Feeling safe,

Strong and confident.

Colorbone,

It is safe to feel energized right now.

Under the arm,

It is safe to take care of myself.

Top of the head,

To take a break when I need it.

Eyebrows,

Allowing myself to let go of all the strategies.

Side of the eyes,

I don't have to do anything.

Under the eyes,

I don't have to be anything or anyone to anybody.

Under the nose,

I allow myself to rest and I can enjoy the rest.

Under the mouth,

I miss being me.

Colorbones,

I allow how I feel and I allow my rest.

Under the arms,

I love resting.

Keep tapping through the points while you are feeling and connecting with your body and acknowledge how you feel.

Notice what is coming up as you release these feelings of exhaustion.

When you let go of stress and when your body is healing.

As your mind heals.

And as you can allow yourself more and more to do whatever you like to do in life.

Whatever gives you honest joy from a place of relaxation.

As you connect more and more with your soul.

Notice that deep reservoir of energy filling up.

All the stress in your body is leaving your cells.

Feeling centered,

Grounded and at peace with your current situation.

Feel the feelings.

Take a deep breath and think back on that feeling of exhaustion and give it a number from 1 to 10.

Notice how it shifted.

If it was an 8 before,

Maybe it is a 7 now,

Or a 6,

Or maybe it is gone.

Any shift is a good sign and a signal that your body is reacting on tapping and releasing stress and emotions and that you are healing.

Notice what else came up during that tapping.

What other emotions,

Ideas or memories came up.

And maybe you can tap on that another time,

Or maybe you can journal about it.

Acknowledging once again your own inner feelings and emotions.

To remove the resistance and thus the stress towards yourself,

Your situation and your current life.

The more you can release all stress in your life,

The more you can tap into the energy of life and create an abundant life.

Take the time to take care of yourself.

You can always redo this meditation,

Or tap your own words and sentences and phrases.
