I hope you can allow yourself to lay down,

And that when you lay down,

That you can feel some form of calmness,

Safety,

That everything is okay,

And yes,

Maybe despite having severe symptoms and stress,

All you need to do is just to get out of the way.

Can you tune into the sensations from your bed or the couch,

And really feel it?

Feel how you make contact with your head,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Upper body,

Arms,

Waist and the bum,

The thighs and the calves,

All the way to your feet?

And can you feel your toes?

Can I look around you?

Everything is there,

The world is there,

The room,

And you are completely safe.

You have a memory of a moment in life where everything was okay,

You were being taken care of,

You didn't have to worry,

The people around you loved you just for who you are,

You belonged,

And if you don't have such a memory,

Then create one,

Maybe in your safe haven,

With exactly the right people that you like and that love you,

That accept you for who you are,

That need nothing more from you than to just be.

No need to improve yourself,

No need to be better,

It's time to remove all that pressure from your life,

You can just be.

Forget about your to-do list,

And feel how you are there,

And your entire weight is leaning on the earth,

And everyone in your life accepts you for who you are,

They take you as a part of themselves,

Your needs are their needs,

Your joy is their joy,

Your smile is their smile,

And now open your eyes,

Move them all the way to the left,

And then to the right,

And then really fast,

Left,

Right,

Left,

Right,

Left,

Right,

And keep going,

That's it,

Close your eyes again,

Despite all the pressures that we put on ourselves,

We are good enough,

You are good enough,

And I understand that you want to heal,

But in order to heal,

All you need to do is to just let go,

And the road to full health can be long or short,

But there is no way back,

You are going to get very,

Very healthy,

And as a result all the pressure and fears,

And all the other things that might be stuck in your body,

Will slowly leave your body,

And we're not in a rush,

It's about enjoying yourself in the process,

Enjoying the ups and downs,

You are going to arrive at health no matter what,

You don't do anything wrong,

In fact,

Maybe you can even say that you've never done anything wrong,

And you don't have to be amazing,

Or perfect,

Or a good person,

Or a good parent,

All you need to do is to just be,

And feel the surface,

And know that your body is working perfectly,

Your heart is beating,

And all the millions of other bodily processes,

They are working just fine,

Even the symptoms serve you,

And the less you do,

The better it flows,

You don't need to blink,

Just close your eyes,

Your heart beats automatically,

And if you want,

We can focus on breathing,

When you're stressed,

You focus more upon the inhalation of the breath,

And when you relax,

You're focusing more upon the exhalation,

And while you exhale,

You can squeeze your body gently inside,

And let the inhale happen automatically,

It can be a good thing to breathe out slower than your inhalation,

And see if you can find your natural breathing pattern,

Some people say it is around 3 seconds inhalation,

And 5 seconds exhalation,

And only focus on the exhalation,

Breathing in can just happen automatically,

Pull your belly in when you're breathing out,

And let it come up again when you're breathing in,

And all you need to do is to just breathe,

And just let it flow,

And you can still visualize that you are so safe in your safe haven,

And that life is taking care of you,

Everything you ever need will be given to you,

It's a gift,

And it happens automatically,

Just like breathing in,

Let the air come in,

Say yes to life,

Let life love you,

And accept and love yourself,

It's time to turn the stress cycle around,

Open your eyes,

And move them all the way to the left,

Right,

Left,

Right,

Right,

Keep going,

Keep going,

And close your eyes again,

And in your mind you're saying yes to yourself,

Yes,

And let the breath take over,

Let it become ecstatic,

And know that you're such a wonderful human being,

You have all the right to thrive,

And to feel safe,

And to feel connected,

And loved,

And we start with ourselves,

We love ourselves,

And we connect with ourselves,

And all you need to do is to just breathe,

You will heal,

But most of all it's important to relax,

To let everything happen,

To accept and to surrender,

And let the real you come through,

Get out of the way,

And be once again who you really are,

Forget about breathing in,

Just let it happen,

Life loves you,

You are safe,

Now open the eyes once more,

I hope you are feeling calm and safe right now,

It's important for the nervous system to feel a sense of safety,

But know that in the long run this also means that the opposite of safety,

Which is fear and all kinds of other emotions and stressors will come up,

If that becomes the case for you then know that you need certain release tools to get the old stressors out of your body,

Squeezing the old stressors back into your body is really not a good option,

It's not healthy,

The release program can help you release the stressors from your body with the goal to feel an immediate improvement after a guided session or after applying a tool yourself,
