
Calmness And Grounding Meditation
This meditation is designed to connect you with the body. to ground yourself and start a connection with your body again. Let the tension go inside of yourself. Healing happens from a place of calmness.
Transcript
Hi there beautiful souls.
If there is one thing that I would like you to know,
Is that you are good the way you are.
And that it is time for you to be you.
And in this meditation we start with grounding and connecting with your body.
And whatever you will feel or think,
It is okay.
Because you are you and you can allow yourself the way you are.
And make it yourself really comfortable,
Laying in your bed or on the couch.
Or maybe you can lay in nature somewhere or imagine it.
Start by connecting with your little toe on each side,
On the left and on the right.
Try if you can really feel it and connect with it.
And then gently move your attention towards all your other toes.
And be there with all your presence.
And now imagine that from each toe a root is coming.
To go all the way down into our mother earth,
Our caring planet.
And his roots go all the way to the center of the planet,
To connect you with our providing mother.
And that you are safe,
Safely walking on this planet.
You can relax right now.
Now focus on the instep on your feet.
And from both of the instep a beautiful root is coming out,
To connect as well with the ground.
And it doesn't matter what is in between,
Maybe some buildings,
A floor or a bed.
It can find its way down,
To connect deeply to the roots of this planet.
And from the bottom of your feet there is a root coming from there as well.
And from your heel.
And from your ankles,
From the inside and from the outside.
And when we focus a little bit higher on the bottom of your legs,
The calves,
From each calf there is a beautiful root coming out.
On the inside,
The outside,
The bottom and on the shin on top of it.
And focus on your lower legs,
How they have always carried you.
And now move your attention a little bit upwards to your knees.
And from the top of your knees roots are coming out.
From the bottom of your knees,
The inside and on the outside.
And when you move a little bit higher on your legs,
On your thighs and your hamstrings,
The inside of your legs and on the outside of your legs,
Roots are coming out.
And imagine that every time you breathe in,
Energy is coming via your roots into your body.
And when you exhale,
You give all your negative energy and stress to Mother Earth.
And maybe you can feel it as well when you inhale,
Some sort of a sensation coming through your legs and feet.
Really connecting with your breath and your legs.
And from your hips,
On each side,
The left and the right,
A root is coming out to connect you even more with the soil,
Our caring mother.
She is always there for us.
And we've always been safe,
Safely carried by her.
We just didn't know it.
We were somewhere else,
With our thoughts and our beliefs.
But we've been carried all the time.
And now breathe in,
Consciously and deeply,
And feel the breath coming in,
From your nose to your throat,
To your chest and lungs,
To your stomach,
Your belly and lower abdomens.
And maybe you can connect all the way to the place a little bit below your navel.
And center your attention there when you hold your breath for a little while.
And then you release it the same way out.
And when you exhale,
You focus your attention upwards again,
To your belly,
Stomach,
Chest,
Throat and out of your nose again.
Breathing in deeply,
You can do this.
Consciously breathing gives our body the message that we are safe,
That it is time to relax and enter the rest and digest mode.
And we can enjoy life again,
Because the danger is gone.
Maybe you can enjoy laying there,
Enjoy resting while you breathe in and breathe out.
Breathing deeply,
Just below the navel.
And you can't do this wrong.
You can do this.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And now focus on your hands,
Where they touch the bed or the soil that you are on.
And maybe you can feel that they are alive,
That there is energy moving through them.
You can feel it going through your arms and shoulder.
And maybe there is still some tension in your shoulders.
Can you relax?
Can you let it go?
And really surrender to the planet and to your bed,
Or whatever it is that you are laying on.
Breathing in and breathing out.
You can't do this wrong.
And maybe you can focus as well on the places in your lower back,
Where you touch the soil or the ground or your bed or the couch.
And really focus on the contact points,
Where you breathe in and breathe out.
And you can move your attention a little bit up to your higher back and your neck.
Feeling as well.
Energy coming in.
In your mouth.
Is your tongue relaxed?
Or in your jaw?
Can you let the tension go?
And the wrinkles on your forehead?
Or any other muscles in your face that you can still relax?
Or your inhale and exhale,
Connecting deeply with your body and the planet.
And maybe when you follow your breath you notice some places where it feels a little bit dense in your body.
Connect to those places and breathe through it.
In and out.
You can do this.
You can relax.
You are safe.
And can you start to enjoy laying there,
Surrendering yourself,
Letting all the muscles loose?
You are good the way you are.
There is nothing that you have to do.
You don't have to have an opinion about anything.
And you don't have to know how to move forward in life.
Because from a place of relaxation it will come to you eventually.
Slowly.
Now you enjoy the rest and the relaxation in your body.
Really letting go of all the things that you think that you have to do.
Because it is nothing.
The only thing you have to do is to be you.
You can just sit there,
Lay there and do nothing.
Breathing in and breathing out.
It can be so overwhelming sometimes when we have to think about strategies and doing meditation with a silent mind.
Let it all go.
You don't have to do anything.
Healing happens from a place of calmness and really feeling.
How do your clothes feel?
How does the air feel around you?
Can you feel the presence of the room?
Can you feel that you are carried by maybe your bad or maybe even by the earth itself?
Our providing mother who is always there for you.
You can always connect to her.
Connecting with yourself.
You don't have to improve yourself.
You are already ready.
You are good the way you are.
And your purpose is to be you.
And connecting with your body is always the first step to connect with yourself.
Follow your breath in and out.
Consciously breathing relaxes us.
And when you really let go from a place of stress and relax and surrender yourself,
You will notice sleepiness.
Can you feel this?
This is great.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Feel the energy moving in your body.
As you breathe in,
The life force energy.
And you can always connect with this life force energy.
All the way to your lower abdomen.
Below the navel.
Where you can always center your attention.
And go back to the toes.
Let them move a little bit.
And the fingers.
Move them a little bit and feel the movement.
Move your arms and legs a little bit.
You can stretch a little bit.
And arrive once again 100% where you are.
Right here and right now.
Open your eyes again.
