Welcome to this meditation recording.
My name is Nikolai and clearly we have met before or at least you've heard my voice before in one of my meditation recordings.
Let me take you away for a few moments from whatever you were thinking or doing.
I'd like to go through a process of prepaving before your meditation,
Before we go completely silent.
So wherever you are,
Take a moment to just follow my voice and notice the emotional response that you receive.
I prefer feeling good.
I prefer feeling at ease.
I prefer feeling sure.
I prefer feeling clear.
I prefer to trust.
I prefer to love.
I prefer to smile and laugh.
I prefer to know my worth and my value.
It's going to feel good to set aside some time,
Make the space around me nice and pleasing to my senses.
And just enjoy a few minutes of no attention to anything,
No problem solving,
No decision making.
I will put on some comfortable clothing and sit in a comfortable chair so that my body can completely relax.
I will enjoy the feeling of relaxation that my body experiences.
I will enjoy the quiet and the feeling of the space I'm in.
I like the way my clothing feels on my skin.
It is comfortable and warm.
I feel a gentle sense of appreciation for this moment in time.
Now I'm going to set my timer for 20 or 30 minutes and just enjoy the moments as they pass by.
I have no agenda.
My attention might be active,
But I have a stable continuous flowing of my breath to gently focus on until my attention stabilizes in it.
It is a process of easing into it and finding my way in.
Cannot push myself into it.
I can only gently guide my focus back.
And I know how to focus.
In fact,
I do it all day every day.
But now I want to do it consciously and deliberately.
I want to know how this all works.
Meditation is easy.
It is way easier than I think it out to be.
Now,
Before I close my eyes,
I release the thoughts that I hold about the process of meditation.
And I will begin anew and only look for satisfaction in the process,
Not the result.
The only intention I hold is to feel good and feel better.
I'm here to be happy and enjoy life.
And this is my process of tuning in.
Now gently close your eyes,
If you haven't yet.
And hopefully you felt that emotional release while you followed me through this process.
Now just gently settle into the process of focusing on the breath.
Let's take about 15 minutes to do so.
And I'll meet you on the way out.
Now start slowly coming back to the sensations within the physical body.
Feel your hands,
Your feet.
Notice how you feel.
Don't look back.
Just stay here.
Just noticing.
Now that you've come out of the meditation,
Let's stabilize your vibration with a few more statements.
Please follow along.
I understand that I create through my thought.
I like thinking good thoughts about myself,
My life,
And others.
I like the ease and flow of life.
I like the fun of it.
I'm a good person and I know that I'm worthy of everything that is good.
I enjoy the constant stream of my new intentions.
New ideas flow to me and they feel good.
I remember that my primary relationship is with myself.
And so that is the relationship from which I draw my resources.
Everything else is the reflection of my connection.
I cannot control the response of others to me.
I can only control my own response to them.
I can only control how I feel about them.
And I choose to feel good about them and myself because that feels good to me.
Would I rather love or hate?
Would I rather appreciate or criticize?
Would I rather doubt or be sure?
Would I rather trust or distrust?
I would rather love and appreciate and be sure and trust.
These are simple questions and simple answers,
But a profound understanding of the nature of my being and a gentle tuning of my emotion,
Love,
Appreciation,
Kindness,
Warmth,
Emotional connection,
Ease,
Clarity.
All these feel good.
I came to rejoice on this beautiful planet and I do have a feeling or remembrance of that somewhere in between the beliefs that I hold about myself and my life that might be keeping me from feeling it more.
I realize that I cannot undo my beliefs since by focusing on them I only activate them.
I can only focus into new beliefs that are pleasing to me and make me feel good.
I came to enjoy the process of moving forward,
Of flowing my attention towards the things that I want.
I learn how to focus and navigate to my good feeling emotion through the practice of meditation.
I am regaining this understanding.
I understand that my focus matters.
I fully understand the process.
I understand that my connection is through my emotion.
I understand that this process is sure and I can trust in it and with practice it will become easy.
I also understand that there is momentum to my thoughts and when I sit down to meditate I notice that.
I shift my attention to my breath and focus it there.
As I notice my focus shift back into thought I bring it back to my breath and as I do this I learn how to refocus.
I understand that this is a process and I do not judge my progress.
In time my attention will come to focus.
I feel clear.
I feel stable.
I feel relaxed.
I feel the fullness of who I am and I find satisfaction in the feeling of my well-being and in my knowing of what this process of conducting is all about.
I feel good about myself.
I feel good about my life and others in it.
My core is love.
I feel good about myself.
