Welcome.

Please take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale fully through your mouth.

Inhale.

And now slowly exhale through your mouth.

A monk told a great master,

I have just entered the monastery.

Please teach me.

The master asked,

Have you eaten your rice porridge?

The monk replied,

I have eaten.

Then you'd better wash your bowl,

Replied the master.

Often we feel overwhelmed with options and choices.

Should I do this or should I do that?

That is a narrative that plagues the minds of all of us.

Fear of the future can often be paralyzing.

Perhaps even now you feel stuck in some part of your life.

In these moments,

Take a deep breath.

Remember not to get caught up in the head with too much thinking.

Just do.

And in doing in the washing,

You may find all you need.

The key to climbing over the highest mountain is by taking one step after another.

Today,

May you just do,

Just be.

And in these moments,

Find that's all you need.

As you inhale,

Take a moment to recognize all you need is air.

As you exhale,

Give thanks for this air and your ability to be,

To breathe.

Focus on your breath moving in and out.

Focus on your breath moving in and out.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Release any feelings of tension in your neck,

Your shoulders,

Or your back.

Inhale fully,

Breathing to any places of tension in your body,

And slowly release your breath.

Focus on your breath for the next minute.

So you may have a meaningful day.
