This is a meditation that I have made very spontaneously, from the heart. It uses instructions that aim to share the meditation from a student's perspective. This might be nice for those who are also starting out to find some common ground. It includes some city background sounds, as it was recorded in a flat on a phone. Please note: This track was recorded live and may contain background noises.

This is a meditation that's constructed spontaneously after having had a very deep session and is meant to contain some of my personal experiences I've had through meditation and supposed to express what I feel right now without using the cerebral part of my brain.

So as you are lying down or sitting in a comfortable posture,

Relaxing in a way that feels like it's just you being there,

Making some final adjustments and slowly closing your eyes,

And as your day starts to unwind and your mind is getting these little points of slowness and instability,

You want to collect your focus and put it on your breath in a way that you feel is necessary for you right now.

And once you've felt this,

There's no need to change it anymore.

Simply feel what's right for you in this moment and continue.

Whatever you're doing will be healthy for you.

You're in your own phase of meditation.

There's no set rules.

All you have to do is trust and keep your focus on your breath in your way,

Which might be challenging,

Which might be easy,

Which might be rewarding,

Euphoric,

Demanding,

Whatever form your meditation is taking.

Just stick with it and keep on breathing.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Now as the sound of my voice slowly puts you into a slower thinking state without judgment,

Your breath is continuing,

Ever changing,

But finding stability in its rhythm,

In your body's movements.

You might feel your belly expand against the clothes on your skin.

You might feel your back making certain adjustments as your ribcage rises and your diaphragm compresses.

Your head might be moving slightly,

Your shoulders going up and down.

You could feel your heart beat,

Your sitting bones on the ground,

Your feet slowly relaxing more against the floor as your body is already thanking you for putting in the love and the time you're wanting to spend on it and find some relaxation,

Find growth,

Be more comfortable with your body and mind.

Now if your attention has wandered or whatever it is,

It's fine.

Just take some time,

Ease out and realize that you're still breathing.

Your belly is still moving,

Your breath is going in and out,

Your mind is also still there,

It's not gone away and there's simply no need to worry.

All there is,

Is the breath and your body in this moment,

Just realizing how wonderful time is when it's now.

There might be sounds around you,

You might feel warmth or a soft chill in your room or wherever you're doing this meditation practice.

You might feel emotions coming up,

You might feel pure relaxation,

You might feel a storm in your head,

Not wanting to calm down a single inch,

Not wanting to move at all.

It's all fine,

It's all part of the experience and the path that you are taking to give more attention to the present moment,

To love yourself,

To practice your goal,

Practice your goal,

To be on your sacred path of life.

All you need to do is accept whoever you are,

Whoever you want to be,

Whoever you were,

It's all fine.

You're here right now and you're still breathing.

Now I want you to take two minutes or so to keep on breathing and let yourself experience the flow of what this meditation is bringing you,

What this moment is holding for you and be with yourself.

I will leave you alone now.

So slowly start to come back to the breath again,

Come back to your room,

Your surroundings,

The sounds around you,

The sound of my voice and appreciate what you've done for yourself in these past 10 minutes or so.

And slowly as you start to approach the end of this meditation,

Find a way for you to come out of your meditation that makes you feel comfortable and loved and nice.

Take your time,

Take everything you need and I will close this one.

Have a wonderful day,

Have a wonderful night.

Namaste.
