So for this practice I'm just gonna give a short introduction after you can do the practice yourself.

So what this practice is about is conscious movements and this is a really nice way for example in the morning to activate your body in a very mindful way and very according to what you need in that day and yeah so the practice is very simple.

You will be moving during a set amount of time so I suggest you set a timer for example for 20 minutes or 30 minutes and as long as you're breathing you're moving.

Your ribcage will be moving up and down and your only sort of intention is to be aware of your movement and see from the rising of your ribcage what other movements your body wants to make or needs to make and yeah maybe you will go all wild swinging your arms around and dancing or maybe you will end up in a yin style pose where you will maybe even for the entire 20 minutes have like a slight slight thing in your leg muscle that is moving but it can also be a mix switching between yin and yang.

Yeah the thing is it's it's very authentic it's very you decide what you want and a tool to sort of keep getting in touch with what you need is just focusing on the ribcage focusing on your breath and whenever you don't know what you're doing seeing if you can be with that be with the breath and maybe suddenly your you feel like your wrists could use a little bit of movement or or maybe you want to lie down or maybe you want to put some music which can really help in this type of movement and yeah it's really about it's this this practice is really useful to make it easier to to have a have a practice every day have a sustainable practice because there's no goal there's no thing you need to achieve you simply just enjoy spending some mindful time with your body spending some mindful time with your movements explore already a bit the space that is there in the morning and yeah if your movements sort of guide you through it it can also be really nice to before you even start moving do a little meditation of your own so you're maybe a bit more in the mind space but it's all up to you yeah so I think that's that's more or less the intro to conscious movements and yeah I wish you a lot of joy in your practice whatever you're going to do and have a wonderful day
