Find your way into a comfortable cross-legged seat.
Rest your palms at your knees and allow the eyes to fall shut.
Music Just begin to settle into your space.
Withdrawing from the external world and coming completely into your internal world.
Music Let the day go.
Let your worries go.
And let yourself settle.
Feel the breath.
Connect to your breath.
Beginning to notice each inhale and each exhale.
If there's thoughts in the way,
No worries.
This practice will help to free you of them.
This practice is an opportunity to free ourselves from the mental garbage and the stress and the chitter chatter.
Freeing us from not which blocks our true self.
So we can use this practice as a tool to get more clear and to raise our vibration.
Music Be aware of the touch of the breath at your nostrils or the tip of the nose.
And then try to follow that breath back.
Into the nose.
Back into the head.
Down your throat and into your belly.
Maybe sensing a widening across your abdomen or in your chest.
And when you're ready,
Exhale and follow that breath back up and out through your nose.
Just feeling this swelling and settling sensation.
Taking a full breath in.
Emptying the breath completely.
Music Enjoy the feeling of being in your body.
Tend to yourself.
Be kind to yourself.
This is your natural state.
You are not a physical being in a physical universe.
You are an energetic vibrational being in an energetic and vibrational universe.
You are both a transmitter and a receiver of energy.
And one of our greatest challenges as human beings is remembering and learning how to live as the vibrational being we are in this vibrational universe.
Remembering that this is our natural state and that we are truly capable of anything,
Any healing,
Any manifestation.
That we are connected to all things and to all of our desires.

And just settle into that comfortable rate of breathing.
Listen inward.
Listen to that vibrational hum of your being.
Your mind quiet.
Just tuning into your inner self and listening to that ever broadcasting radio station that is you.
What types of signals are you broadcasting in this moment?
If you're looking to manifest,
You need to have a positive feeling or emotion.
Recognize a low frequency and recognize a high frequency vibration.
An important characteristic of our vibration is that it is high by nature.
Through our days,
We begin to worry and stress or live through some difficult situations and experiences.
And we get used to being stressed.
We get used to being in low vibrations.
But the moment that we take a breath,
We become present and we put aside what worries us and the chitter-chatter of the mind.
Our vibration rises all on its own.
And this is what we're doing through this meditation.
As you continue to breathe in a way that feels comfortable,
With each breath repeating this mantra,
In this moment I have everything I need.
I am well.
I feel peace.
In this moment I have everything I need.
I am well.
I feel peace.
Moment I have everything I need I am well and I feel peace.
Keep going and feel how powerful and easy this is.
This idea of using a phrase with slow breathing is to realize that although there are things and situations that are not in our life yet or not going well you can have these moments when you feel abundance and peace and joy in advance.
It's similar to when you eat and feel satiated for hours to come and of course you don't need to eat all day long to feel satiated.
In the same way as we set aside a meditation like this we can raise our vibration and allow it to serve us for hours to come.

Bring your attention back to your breath.
You can release your mantra here just come into some nice steady inhales and exhales.
Allow yourself to be aware of the shift that you've made in this practice.
Give thanks to your higher power if you feel called to do that and then go about the rest of your day knowing that you have not only risen above a bad mood or a low vibration but you've also made your own subtle energies your light body a little more expanded and a little more radiant and you are in the process of calling to you all of the positive experiences that you desire.
You are a powerful magnet and as we do when we close our practice bring your palms together in front of your heart and take a soft bow inwards dropping your chin towards your chest placing the thumbs to the forehead.
I step back and I let the universe lead the way.
