Hello,

I'm Nicole Bayliss.

As we continue to be challenged by the energies of 2020,

The coronavirus has brought up a lot of fear for many people.

But this virus is not creating the fear.

The fear was already there within us,

And the coronavirus and its possible effects on the world is bringing up our fear to the surface.

And there are many fears coming up for people.

Fear of getting ill or even dying.

Unpredictability.

Fear of not enough,

Whether it's food,

Money or even toilet paper.

Economic hardship.

And economic depression or recession.

Inconvenience.

Isolation.

Not being able to travel.

Not being able to get back into our own country or region if we do travel.

And the fear of the unknown.

Fear gets expressed in two ways.

One is overtly through panic,

As can be seen by people panic buying and feeling the need to overly control their environment.

And the other is through denial,

Whereby we view the pandemic as a storm and teacup,

And that everyone else is overreacting.

The truth is somewhere in the middle.

This virus is seriously contagious and has on average a 3% death rate and so does pose a threat to humanity.

And at the same time,

We have a much higher chance of surviving this virus than dying from it.

And so this pandemic requires a balanced response.

Yes,

We must take practical precautions to lower our chances of contracting or spreading this virus,

But at the same time,

Do all we can to remain calm,

Peaceful and optimistic.

Coronavirus isn't our greatest enemy.

Fear is our greatest enemy.

There are only two vibrations in the world,

Love and fear.

We can choose to respond with love or to react in fear.

Love is the only vibration that heals.

Fear disempowers us and actually raises the likelihood of us contracting coronavirus.

And because fear is a strong emotion,

It has power.

Whatever we fear,

We attract to us.

The definition of fear is false evidence appearing real.

In A Course in Miracles,

We are told that only love is real.

Believe in the power of love,

Stay in the power of love,

Fear never creates good outcomes.

Did you know that scientists cannot actually define what a virus is?

I believe that viruses are fear energies made manifest and they flourish only in the energy of fear.

So how do we choose love in a time of pandemic?

Staying in love takes conscious awareness and conscious awareness can be found most easily through the practice of meditation.

When we meditate,

We access an inner spaciousness and are able to observe life as if it were a movie.

We become of it,

But not in it,

And we are able to observe our thoughts as opposed to being run by our thoughts.

So many of our thoughts are fearful,

Created by the ego mind.

When we are able to stay consciously aware and not get caught up in the vibration of fear that is all around us,

We are in our true power.

Of course,

We're not always going to be in a state of awareness,

But if we make our intention to stay aware,

We will be aware more often and that is enough to bring in the light.

Fear is catchy,

Just like a virus.

The ego thinks,

If that person is panicking,

Then there must be something to worry about.

I witness people panic buying in supermarkets and other people seeing it happen and then doing the same.

They are unconsciously doing the same because they're also in fear.

In fear,

We become like robots.

In fear,

We do not think for ourselves.

In conscious awareness,

However,

We always have a choice as to whether we choose to be in fear or in love.

When you can observe yourself,

You can see when you fall into the low vibration of fear and then you can do something about it.

But if you can't observe yourself,

You won't be able to consciously respond in love.

The fearful ego mind believes that we are limited beings,

Victims of life,

And we could therefore be a victim of illness,

Economic hardship,

And permanent loss.

The ego mind has been creating this scenario for human beings for thousands of years.

The ego mind is an expert in catastrophic thinking.

But your soul self knows that you are a being of unlimited potential,

That you have the power to create what you want,

And that you have the power to create wellness and abundance in spite of what you see and hear around you.

Right now we have the opportunity to do something different.

Your mind is powerful and when it chooses loving thought,

It can create miracles.

When our mind is in fear,

However,

It is no longer powerful.

It is disconnected from love and therefore disconnected from the divine intelligence.

The paradox at this point in time and in any point in time when the human race appears to move closer towards its own destruction is that we also create an opportunity for our enlightenment.

In love,

We can see that the challenges force us to have to reach within ourselves to find resources that we didn't know existed within us until we were challenged.

This is the essence of transformation.

Transformation doesn't come about through gain and easy times.

It comes about through loss and through challenge.

And so now I would like to share with you the good news about the coronavirus.

Yes,

I said good news,

Because when we look through the lens of love and not through the lens of fear,

The gifts of this situation become apparent.

Firstly,

This is a healing opportunity for humanity.

Fear must be brought up into the light so as to transform it.

It lies dormant within us all,

And it's not until we are challenged by our fears that we have the opportunity to face them and to heal ourselves.

At some level,

We are all facing our fear of death,

But until we fully accept and understand that we are going to die one day and that we have no control over when we do,

Rarely will we fully live and appreciate life.

And rarely do we truly realize what's important to us until we face our own mortality.

There is a group of Buddhist monks who meditate regularly in morgues,

And they do this so as to appreciate the gift of life.

In her book,

The Five Regrets of the Dying,

Australian palliative care nurse and author Bronnie Ware told us that the five most common regrets of the dying were,

Number one,

I wished I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself,

Not the life others expected of me.

Number two,

I wish I hadn't worked so hard.

Number three,

I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings.

Number four,

I wish I'd stayed in touch with my friends.

And number five,

I wish that I had let myself be happier.

When facing the possibility of death,

We also face our own regrets of how we have chosen to live our lives.

The coronavirus is the perfect opportunity to reflect on these common regrets and to reset our course if we have steered away from what we truly value.

Another gift of this pandemic is the realization that we are all in this together,

The whole world and everyone in it.

No country is opposing country.

No religion is opposing religion.

No person is opposing another person.

This virus has the ability to affect everyone and therefore reminds us that we are all in the same boat and that we are all one.

The coronavirus is going to force us to be more flexible and perhaps to live differently for a while or maybe even forever.

Again,

This is good news.

So many of us live our lives on autopilot,

Trapped in our routines,

Finding safety in the known and following like sheep.

There is growth in the chaos,

In the need to navigate the unknown and to explore the new and different.

There are many ways of living and being.

We don't have to follow like sheep.

We can free ourselves.

Flexibility,

Adaptability and self-reliance are all key lessons we are learning from the coronavirus.

In these unpredictable times,

We are going to be forced to simplify our lives.

Years ago,

I decided to simplify my life and that was the beginning of a truly fulfilling life.

Many of us believe that we must have certain things and experiences to make us happy.

This is all an illusion and it leads us on a path of desire,

Followed by unfulfillment,

Followed by desire,

Followed by unfulfillment and so on.

I read a quote many years ago that said,

A man's wealth is measured by the fewness of his needs.

I've never forgotten those words and I've been shown throughout my life that they are true.

During this pandemic,

We may not be able to rely on the people,

Things and organisations that we have been able to rely on in the past.

For example,

If hospitals become overwhelmed,

We may be turned away.

If pharmaceuticals become scarce,

We may not receive the medication we think we need.

It's time to rely on ourselves,

Not in a selfish way,

Not in the insane way that people stockpile toilet paper.

It's time to rely on our own inner guidance and awaken to the strength and the power that we really do have.

People have become overly reliant on the medical profession and on the pharmaceutical industry,

So much so that we have forgotten that we have innate knowledge,

Power and wisdom within us to heal ourselves.

It's time to realise that we are more powerful than we know.

You are the healer of yourself.

You are the creator of your life and your abundance.

You have the power to protect yourself from illness,

To heal yourself from illness and to live your best life in spite of anything that is happening out there in the world.

This world is still ruled by fear and a mindset of lack.

When you become conscious and choose loving thought and choose to see this world and everything that's happening in it through eyes of love,

You not only heal yourself,

You become a beacon of light for others.

In the wake of the coronavirus,

I have created a meditation to energetically clear you of old beliefs and fears that are keeping you trapped in fear and the low vibration of illness,

Lack and helplessness and to align you to the knowledge that you are far more powerful than you know.

In these turbulent times of 2020,

I wish you wellness,

Abundance,

Peace,

Love and light.

Dear Nicole thanks for your encouraging words. It's true it's time for a transformation and this pandemic has to be considered as a vehicle for our evolution. This consumistic and exploiting modern society now has forcely to stop working, producing, destroying our planet just for an economical interest, the power of money, and now in this non action, this stillness, human beings will finally understand the deep essence of living, and heal themselves with the power of love. A new era is starting let's give our best contribution staying tuned with the universal energy Namaste Om Shanti πŸ™ πŸ’– 🌈 Monica
