
Talk: Surrendering Into The Unknown

The theme for this talk is Surrendering Into The Unknown and is to support you in times of emotional intensity in your life. Sometimes we feel we do not have the answer to solve life's challenges, yet when we allow for moments of stillness and surrender into the unknown, sometimes an answer will emerge. This is a very powerful yet simple information and I hope that you enjoy it and most importantly that it supports you in cultivating a practice of surrender and trust in the unknown for there you will find all that you have been looking for.

So welcome everyone to week number two of our global meditation series.
And this is something that I felt really inspired to create.
And not just because it would support others,
But also because I was feeling the desire and the calling for myself to really create a space where we can drop in and become more present.
And if that's one hour once a week where we can really dedicate this practice of coming together as a community,
I think that's really powerful.
And the intention for these sessions is to invite people from all around the world and across all time zones to meet with a common intention of simply coming into presence.
And this is a space where we will,
There is no dogma,
There is no rules.
This is a space that's open for everyone and to everyone.
And it's really about coming together and honoring our humanness and really is a space where we get to show up with no masks,
No filters,
No pretending to be anything other than who we are.
And trusting and knowing that where we are right now in life is exactly where we need to be.
So why this is different is for those of you that are new,
My work is different in that it's really about unraveling and coming back to the truth of who we are.
And in a world where there are so many different,
I guess,
Pathways to follow in order for us to get to know ourselves more,
There's lots of different teachings,
Lots of different spiritual ideologies.
For me,
My journey really has been an unraveling and it has been in a way one which is coming back more into simplicity,
Coming back more to being human and understanding that life really is very simple.
It's quite easy for us to get caught up and distracted in many of the different ideologies and teachings.
And there's immense growth that can happen when we embark on those journeys.
But ultimately,
I guess,
As a collective,
We all have common questions that we were born with and we spend most of our lives seeking answers to those questions.
And seeking the answers to those questions can quite often keep us looping in these limited experiences or keep us seeking externally.
And this space is really about coming back into our own presence,
Coming back into the body,
Coming back into our hearts and remembering that the answers that we are seeking are right here.
And in fact,
Who we are seeking is right here.
We are what we have been seeking.
And so those three primordial questions,
Who am I?
Where do I come from and why am I here are the questions that plague that sense of curiosity,
That sense of seeking.
And so tonight we want to really bring more peace to that.
And I say tonight because it's 10 p.
M.
Here in Ireland,
But you could be just waking up or it could be many different time zones or people are joining us.
And if you're watching the recording,
This meditation is just going to be as powerful because you get to connect with the energy of what we're co-creating today.
And also you get to journey on your own experience.
So we have a few new faces and I just want for those of you that have not met me before,
I would love to take this opportunity to introduce myself and to share a little bit about my work,
If that's OK with you.
So my name's Neve.
And as you're probably looking at the slide,
You're wondering how the heck do you get Neve from that name.
So it's a Gaelic spelling.
It's actually a very ancient name.
It derives from the Celtic folklore story called Tirna Nog.
And Tirna Nog was the mythical land of no time.
So it was the supposed heaven on earth.
And Neve was the daughter of a sea god,
Mahannan,
And she was part of a collective group of beings that supposedly resided in these heavenly realms.
And so that's just a little background of my name and that name for me,
It translates to bright radiant lost her.
And I only actually found that out recently.
And I guess that that name for me,
Having travelled the world,
It's my link.
It's my card back to my roots.
And something that I'm really passionate about is awakening and remembrance of the Celtic culture and the really ancient wisdom that is alive here in Ireland.
So as you can see,
I'm an intuitive coach,
Mentor and founder of Attune Me.
And Attune Me is,
It's a vibrational and I guess you could say it's a vibrational diagnostic tool,
But really what it is,
It is a body of work that I have been bringing together throughout my own personal awakening.
And that has allowed me to unravel and discern who we truly are as human beings and really allow ourselves to come into that remembrance.
And much of this work is about coming back into the body,
Reconciling any deeper emotional wounds,
Suppressed traumas,
Any ancestral or even familial patterns and programmes,
Societal and cultural programmes.
And much of those things we actually hold in our body.
And our body really is a storehouse of wisdom,
Of information.
And if we look at our body as a map and it really has a core intelligence that allows us to feel and experience this thing called life.
And this journey of coming back into our body is a journey from the head to the heart.
And most of us in this modern day world,
We live very much seeing and perceiving life through the mind,
Through logic.
And seeking to enhance or intellect through the study of many different teachings or many different stories,
Or even the his stories,
The his story of what's been passed down throughout the ages.
And this journey with the Toon Me is about not necessarily about studying the his story,
But actually remembering the my story,
The mystery of who you are.
So the really to a tune is to come back into harmony with.
And harmony is,
I feel it's a permanent state of residence that we hold within ourselves that is constantly there.
It's not something that has to be created.
It's actually a state within us that we get to enter into.
And we have moments.
We have those glimpses when we drop in and we meditate or we sit by the ocean or we put our feet in the earth.
We have those little glimpses,
Those little moments of harmony and attunement is knowing that it's always there and not falling into the illusion that we need to create in our lives.
Because when we enter into that illusion or that story,
We instantly are creating separation from who we already are.
So this is really about coming back to remembrance that we are again what we are seeking and that there is there is an aspect of who we are that is in harmony and in perfect resonance with nature,
That is in perfect resonance with everything in our environment.
And this is the journey of really moving from the intellect,
The mind into our heart based and even our intuitive intelligence.
And intelligence is something that resides outside of the mind.
And,
You know,
Much of the ancient teachings or even the mystics spent lifetimes trying to find the answers to what really this intelligence is.
And rather than getting too caught up in seeking the answers,
It's really just about creating moments to have a direct experience of it.
So today is really,
We're just going to scratch the surface,
But you're going to get enough to experience.
And what I love to do is with attunement,
It's really about creating direct experience for people,
Creating containers that allow you to have a direct experience of yourself and come into harmony with your nature,
Because I believe every individual has a very unique expression.
And even I think I prepared,
Here's something I prepared earlier.
I think I even prepared a slide on this.
Let me know if you can see that.
So I see it as I feel like everyone's born with a unique energetic fingerprint.
And you can call it a unique soul signature.
And it's a coding that allows you to be recognised by all of nature.
So on some level,
We are all very alike.
And on some level,
We are all connected.
Yet on another level,
We are a unique combination of atoms,
Of molecules that have come together in a specific form.
And we bring very unique expression into the world.
And so attunement is syncing with that.
It's really about taking off the societal skins and going on that deeper journey into the unknown so that you can begin to start to connect with your true self and start to feel an experience who he or she truly is.
And to do that,
It is a process and it is a journey.
And it's a journey for those who are courageous enough to embark on the journey,
The path that many are afraid to walk,
Because it means in a way just listening to an internal voice.
It means questioning everything that you've been told and beginning a journey into curiosity and presence with yourself.
And so attunement has many different ways in which it is in which you can come and experience it.
One,
It's through these weekly meditations and attunements,
As I like to call them.
We're not using any new age ideologies.
We're really just about presence,
About being here and to awakening a deeper self-awareness right here and right now.
And also,
I do share this work through the art of storytelling.
And story really is a very ancient practice that has been passed down throughout the ages and even in my own Celtic culture.
It was the Shanachies and the storytellers,
Supposedly,
Were the ones to pass down wisdom.
And it was known that the true wisdom was passed down through the word of mouth and wasn't actually necessarily captured in any text.
And so that tradition really is something that caught my attention.
And I began to dive deeper into understanding why was it that the stories had to be passed down in a space like this where people would gather.
And the more and more I uncovered,
The more and more I connected to this,
I understood that.
And that really the Shanachies had a really powerful understanding of truth and the mechanics of the universe and the power of the vocal,
The oscillation of vowels and consonants.
And it wasn't necessarily the words they were speaking.
But it was the energy that they were sharing with others,
The frequencies of the words.
And so we're kind of starting to remember that we're starting to come back into community again and seek spaces like this and to use our voice,
To use our voice again,
Because as we start to remember who we are,
We start to remember the true stories or the mysteries,
And we start to share them with one another.
And what this does is it ignites remembrance in one another.
So this isn't that you are receiving something that you don't already have.
You already have this.
But when you come together in a space like this,
You get to reignite that.
You get to allow that to emerge through you.
And so in a way,
You could say these meditations are stories.
Because story,
When you tell a story once upon a moment in time,
It brings people into the present moment and you tell them a story.
And through your imagination and through your intuitive abilities,
You begin to picture,
You know,
In your mind,
How you begin to build and form ideas.
And in a way,
You know,
You could say that you are transversing time in that moment and you're entering into a space of new possibility.
So a lot of the quantum physicists are trying to really understand this right now,
And much of their focus is understanding quantum leaping and understanding the mechanics of time,
Understanding probable,
You know,
Parallel realities.
And so I want us to even step outside those ideologies and start syncing with something more organic and something more innate and something more true.
Because even within the realms of the mind and within the realms of the mind matrix,
There lies many different illusions,
Again,
Seeking answers externally to quantify what we're feeling and experiencing rather than being with what we're feeling and allowing that feeling to teach us,
Allowing that intelligence to move through us and being a student of our own wisdom.
So anyway,
You could say that this work is an initiation and not necessarily an initiation in the old sense in that you have to be initiated,
You have to be given and taught these different layers of teachings and wisdom in order to rank higher in these schools of thought.
This is actually,
See it as the reverse of that.
See this as a deepening,
Turning the arrows inwards and embarking on a journey within so that you can begin to connect with your own truth.
And guess what?
There is no map.
There is no one map,
But there is a map for you.
And so while I may be using specific words or ideologies and not so much,
But I might be using certain analogies as the word throughout this meditation.
I want you to take what you need and leave the rest.
Okay,
To invite you in the deeper level of self sovereignty,
Deeper level of self empowerment.
And while I will be the one facilitating a guided meditation,
I want you to really own that you get to follow your own internal map.
You get to follow your own internal voice.
And the deeper you go within yourself,
The deeper you follow and listen into your own truth,
The deeper we all get to go together.
And that's the power of this.
Now,
Why is it different to some other meditations out there?
And it's different because I don't know about you,
But I'm a little bit tired of,
You know,
The,
I guess,
You know,
Having gone deeper into remembrance,
There's a lot of meditations that are still adhering to old limited teachings and this idea of pulling a white light in that's from outside of who we are.
It doesn't resonate with me anymore.
And I feel that,
You know,
And again,
Take what you need and leave the rest.
But for me,
It feels that now is the journey that we get to find that light within us.
We get to open our own hearts.
We get to feel and experience what's emerging through us and to begin to experience the body through a new lens,
Just like you are a baby being born into this world with fresh curiosity,
Rather than seeing the body through the eyes of many of the teachings,
The chakra system and many different things,
The energy meridians that we've been told.
I want you for a moment just to put that to one side,
Because attune me is actually a remembrance of the true intelligence of the body.
And it's something that can't actually be.
It can actually be taught to you in a traditional sense.
It can only be remembered and we can only see the truth when we remove the lenses in which we are perceiving reality,
Because it is our perception that ultimately shapes our world.
It is our perception that ultimately allows for what we experience.
So this title of today's meditation is Surrender into the Unknown.
And so the unknown is a place that is very scary for many of us.
And in fact,
We could probably spend most of our lives trying to stay distracted so that we don't have to be in the unknown.
So how many of you on this call here today,
Tonight,
Wherever you are in the world,
You know,
Know and can put your hand up that sometimes embracing the unknown is probably the most scariest thing that we can do.
And we continually try to take action and do do do to try and avoid being in that space.
Yeah,
So clear is saying me.
I'm going to put my hand up,
Right?
This is something.
Yeah.
Awesome.
And so is Kelly.
It's it's a space that.
In a way,
We are all very fearful of,
And it doesn't just stem from just our own personal fears,
It actually is a deep innate human fear.
And to be in the unknown.
Means that we have to call ourselves into so much stillness and presence.
That almost we are to be in the unknown,
We have to surrender to something greater,
Right?
Because the human mind will try to do everything in its power to always be in control,
To be in control of the next thought,
Right?
The next the next action to be in control of the next relationship,
The next job opportunity,
Right?
Even down to,
You know,
Being in control of what you're next going to eat for dinner for lunch.
The mind will always.
Is programmed and this is this is again.
There is no resistance here to the mind,
The mind has a very strong purpose in our life,
And that is to create this experience of being human to create this experience that we're having right now.
And so this idea that the mind or the ego is a bad thing.
I invite you in to really look at that and even question that.
But the mind is programmed to have to control every thought,
Every movement that we make,
Right?
And yet.
There's something even greater than that.
Right,
There's so there's an intelligence that's even beyond what the mind can perceive that allows our heart to be straight.
There's something that allows an instructor or lungs to breathe.
There is something that.
Is so intrinsically connected to every other living thing.
And there's a feeling and a connection in a sense and intuitive sense that allows those to feel each other to be compassionate to be empathic.
And so.
To to enter into the unknown,
We have to embark on that journey from the head to the heart.
And surrendering into an unknown space.
Surrendering into a space where I say I don't have the answer.
But I'm willing to be OK with that for this moment right now,
I'm willing to not have to know.
The answer.
And so this is a very,
I feel,
Important time to do this meditation because I'm experiencing with a lot of my colleagues and my clients and a lot of people that I'm in touch with right now is.
There is a lot of uncertainty.
Emerging in our lives,
You know,
Things aren't as,
You know,
Stability,
You know,
That idea that,
You know,
Our governments or money system,
You know,
We're seeing a lot of instability in the world right now.
There's a lot of changes.
Things are moving,
Shifting quite quickly.
And even in your own life,
Take a moment to check in and tune in and ask,
You know,
Where has instability been showing up in my life?
Where has that uncertainty been manifesting?
And and in a way,
Intensity.
You know,
How many have been feeling intensity in their life?
And intensity can be defined,
Not necessarily,
I don't need to look at it through the lens of good or bad,
But just to just to be with it right now and and and look at where have there been intense extremes of emotion in my life recently?
Where have there been intense scenario situations manifesting?
So intensity really is the key here.
And quite often we create a story around what that means.
And that story keeps us stuck.
Because if we have lived through past experiences of intensity and certain outcomes happened during those experiences,
Our body has that memory.
Our body still holds that memory.
So the moment now we enter into a similar experience of intensity,
What happens?
We trigger that emotional memory and that emotional memory starts to dictate how we react.
So we start operating and living now from that place.
And so.
What we're going to invite you into is in order for us to enter into the unknown.
We must approach what's arising from a place of neutrality,
And this would be what will enter into the meditation,
Because what is arising rather than allowing the story to come up,
Allowing to see that trigger,
Allowing to see that story of this is good or bad,
Or this is right or wrong and start to be with what's arising.
Feel what's arising,
Allow what's arising to speak to you and to see it from a neutral lens.
So I want to invite you to put on a new lens like you're putting on a pair of glasses,
This meditation and that lens allows you to see duality,
Allows you to see from a neutral standpoint.
But this new lens that you're about to put on is actually inviting in an aspect of your nature,
Which is the observer.
And when you can be in that place,
You can actually allow for new wisdom to emerge.
You can allow for new possibilities,
New probabilities to emerge because you are allowing yourself to see now this experience as something new.
It's not an old story.
It's something new.
And you're bringing a new lens.
You're bringing a new sight,
A new vision,
And you're actually bringing a new sense of presence to this situation.
So this is how we break cyclical patterns and loops.
Because we're not choosing to react to this intensity the same way we used to.
But now we're putting on a new lens.
And this takes practice.
This is something that needs to be cultivated over time.
And this is why we're going to embrace this opportunity today to experience the surrender meditation.
And this will be recorded and you get to listen back to this and to begin to cultivate this experience for yourself when intensity arises for you.
Now,
Intensity is really,
If we really want to chisel it down to what that really is,
Is I feel like in a lot of the New Age teachings talk about us awakening and ascending.
And I feel like we're actually,
It's quite almost the opposite.
I feel like we're actually coming into more density and we're actually allowing ourselves to feel more in our human body.
So we're not going anywhere.
We're not,
You know,
Seeking to be anywhere other than here.
And in fact,
This idea of raising your vibration,
What if it was about expanding,
Expanding your feeling senses,
Allowing yourself to feel more of the emotional spectrum,
Expanding your vibratory container,
Which means that now you are actually allowing yourself to feel more energy in and around your body.
Energy being information.
And actually true information isn't info in a formation.
Right?
True information is,
Is everything.
It's the quantum chaos of atoms and molecules bumping off each other,
You feeling and sensing everything in your environment.
And so to be truly informed,
We must release ourselves from the attachment of info needing to be in a linear fashion.
And allowing for the awakening to happen here through the density,
Through the compression.
And so intensity,
What happens?
What happens to a lump of coal over time,
Thousands and thousands of years of compression and intensity on the earth?
What happens to,
To those lumps of coal?
Does anyone know?
Yes.
Kelly's done it.
A diamond is created.
Exactly.
So what if that's the journey that we were on and that we were beginning to,
If we began to actually embrace intensity through the neutral lens?
Again,
To do that,
We need to let go of the stories about what's good and bad,
Emotions.
Right?
What if all emotion was actually,
Um,
Just energy,
Just information that allowed us to interpret our inner and our external world?
And we start to look at it and go,
How can I learn to intuit,
To translate the information that I'm feeling?
Okay.
Thinking that like our bodies that these like amazing bio computers,
There are these organic computers,
This organic intelligence that has the ability to intuit and to translate everything.
And so.
Through this process of,
Of intensity,
What if.
You know,
To really become more consciously aware and they use that term quite loosely,
Um,
Or to be more awakened that that journey actually means,
Uh,
Going through the deeper,
Intense layers,
Feeling the deeper wounds and trauma that are in our cellular awareness,
Much of which has been passed down to us through our generations,
Our ancestral lineage.
And the other,
The rest of it is our own,
Right?
It's the memory of every experience that we've experienced in this life.
Every interaction,
Every feeling,
Every suppressed trauma and feeling.
It is also a memory of our soul memory,
Right?
And our cells carry information.
Our cells are made up of.
90% water.
We know now that water,
They've proven that water stores memory.
Right?
Water is the largest memory keeper there is.
Um,
A mentor of mine,
Uh,
George classes once said that the ocean is,
Um,
The physical manifestation of consciousness on the planet.
But that was really interesting.
So think of that,
Um,
In order for us to truly awaken or remembrance or wisdom,
This journey is an inward one.
This journey is moving through the intensities.
And so the planet right now is moving through waves of intensities.
And what we're seeing is even a lot of the spiritual gurus and teachers,
Um,
And the supposed enlightened ones,
We see them struggling because they've reached heightened states of one aspect of their nature.
But for us all to,
For us all to come back home,
It really is like a camel going through the eye of the needle.
And that,
That idea that we take responsibility for what's arising and to become empowered with the tools so that we can start to reconcile and to,
To come home to who we are.
So let me know if this is resonating.
And,
Um,
I feel like we're almost ready to jump into the meditation.
I could talk and talk and talk for hours.
And really guys were only scratching the surface here.
I know that some of you who have worked with me and that follow my work will know that,
That the capacity for these experiences,
They really meet you where you're at and you will always receive what you need and more.

I've been experiencing some intensity lately.
Claire,
Not attaching good or bad to anything is liberating.
Yes,
Claire.
Um,
So I want you just to pop in the comments below,
Like what you are experiencing right now,
And to set an intention to allow this meditation to be an experience where you get to,
To be with that intensity.
It could be a situation.
It could be something you're moving through with a loved one.
It could be a personal intensity feeling of intense emotions right now.
Whatever that is,
If you feel open,

And so now I invite you to,
To find somewhere comfortable if you are not there already.
And actually,
I'm just going to read some of these right now because what we would probably see is that many of us are feeling very similar things right now,
Or we're moving through very similar experiences.
Kathleen,
I'm feeling a sense of hopefulness and can put it into words what that feeling is like in the body.
Joy,
I think.
Beautiful.
The intensity I'm experiencing with my reactions within my family,
My reactions to my kids,
Mirror the traumas I experienced in my family.
Yes,
Kelly.
Really good noticing.
And what is arising right now,
We're actually being asked to draw awareness to it so that we can reconcile it so that we can quote unquote,
I don't like to use the word heal too often,
But it really is about releasing these limited programs so that we can embrace more of our true nature and that we no longer operate.
These programs are no longer running the script,
So to say.
Claire,
The intensity I'm experiencing is financial.
OK,
So I'm experiencing immense intensity right now in terms of,
Actually,
It's really interesting.
I have an element of all of these.
So definitely I'm feeling a sense of hopelessness and it feels.
It doesn't necessarily feel so much my own.
It feels like a weightiness,
A hopefulness.
That is part of the collective.
I feel like we're going through a purge right now and that this yeah,
There's this powerful cleansing happening right now.
Also,

I talk about my journey with my family.
So Kelly,
If you have an opportunity,

And that really is my journey of how I have been embracing the unconscious patterns as they arise within me.
And this is exactly what I was wanting to work on.
I want to release patterns that no longer serve me.
So I'll check it out.
OK,
Amazing.
So let's let's drop in and let's allow this beautiful meditation to happen.
So I just want to invite you to close your eyes.
And just drawing your awareness.
To your breath.
Just becoming aware of your in-breath and your out-breath.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And as you do that,
Just drawing your awareness to your chest and feeling your chest lift when you breathe in.
And as you breathe out.
If you need to,
Placing your hand on your chest so that you can physically be present with the sensation of your in-breath and your out-breath.
As you do that now,
I want you to consciously.
Draw your energy back into your body.
And the easiest way to do that is to see an arrow in the midpoint of your chest,
That point in the midpoint of your breastbone.
And I want you to allow yourself to turn your awareness inward.
And as you turn your awareness inward into that space in your chest,
I want you to call all the energy.
That is yours that you have been projecting outwards through every thought action,
Emotion,
Reaction today.
I want you just to call that energy back into your body.
And your intention alone is so powerful in doing this.
Because so often we walk around every day,
Projecting our energy.
Ash or external reality,
But in order for us to come into presence and to do this deeper work,
We must call back her energy and use that energy to go inward.
And so taking three more deep breaths,
You're going to see yourself now almost as if your eyesight is your heart.
Imagining that you are now seeing through the lens of your heart,
The lens of your chest.
And with every breath now,
You're going to breathe in and out and you're going to turn those eyes inward.
And as you turn those eyes inwards into your heart,
Seeing yourself now removing any lenses,
If you need to visualising and seeing a pair of glasses.
And allowing those lenses now to be removed,
Released,
Dissolved.
And as they are released,
Seeing now your eyes.
Coming into harmony,
Seeing the vision in both eyes,
20-20 vision,
Crystal clear.
And seeing that you're now true sight is a neutral lens,
A neutral sight.
And setting the intention now that for the duration of this meditation that you get to see what arises and to see through this neutral loving space.
And with the next breath,
You're going to draw your energy in even more and embark now on a deeper journey as you become more present in your body.
So as you sit on your chair or if you're laying down,
Using the energy that you've called back into your body,
Using that awareness,
You're going to allow yourself to feel,
Feel more present in your body.
And to do that,
We're going to conduct an energy scan.
And with this energy scan,
You're going to simply allow yourself to become aware of every part of your body.
And as you do that,
You're drawing more and more focus inwards,
More and more imagining the arrows,
The energy is moving back into your body.
Your awareness is moving into your body,
But you now also are going to experience a heightened sense,
Heightened sense through this new lens,
This new awareness.
So we're going to do this scan three times and that really allows us to become really,
Really present.
So becoming aware now of the energy inside and around your body,
Knowing that there is energy that vibrates in and around your physical body that is also part of your body.
And just because we cannot see it with the naked eye or the programmed eye,
It doesn't necessarily mean that it does not exist.
So becoming aware of the energy inside and around your body.
You're going to start with the energy above your head,
Around your head,
And you're simply going to become aware of your hair,
Your forehead,
Drawing awareness further now as your awareness comes down over your eyebrows,
Your nose,
Your cheeks.
As you're passing down over the eyes,
Blessing the eyes,
Thanking the eyes for seeing truth,
For seeing what is real,
Passing down now over the cheeks,
Thanking your mouth for speaking,
Allowing you to speak your truth.
Drawing your awareness down,
Down over your throat,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Drawing awareness now down over your chest,
Your heart,
Your rib cage,
Feeling your lungs now feeling we were present with your breath.
Feeling your hips,
Your pelvis,
Your thighs,
Feeling your knees,
Your shins,
Your calves,
Feeling your ankles and feeling your energy out into every toe.
Taking another deep breath,
You're going to now do the reverse,
Drawing your awareness now to your big toe,
Into all your little toes and drawing your awareness back through the ankles,
Up the calves,
Shins and knees,
Up through your thighs,
Up to your hip bones,
Up through your pelvis,
Your rib cage.
Connecting with your heart as you draw your awareness up through your chest,
Connecting now your throat,
Your mouth,
Your cheeks,
Your eyes,
Your eyebrows,
Your forehead,
Your hair and drawing this awareness out every strand of your hair.
And now we're going to repeat one more time,
But this time your awareness,
You're going to sense and feel what is present.
So if you feel any tightness,
Any tingling,
Any sensation,
Just going to simply draw your awareness to that.
And if anything in particular arises that is intense,
Emotional,
Or in any way peculiar or overwhelming,
Anything that feels like your body is wanting to draw your attention to,
Once we've completed the scan,
I want you to draw your awareness to this.
So feeling the energy in and around your head,
Feeling now every strand of hair,
Feeling now your forehead,
Your eyebrows,
Your eyes,
Blessing your eyes again,
Your cheeks,
Your mouth,
Your throat,
Feeling your shoulders,
Feeling your heart again,
Blessing your heart,
Feeling your arms,
Your ribs,
Your hips,
Feeling your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Feeling your ankles,
And out through your feet and out through every little toe.
Drawing your awareness now to that one area that caught your attention,
That one area where you could see through neutral lens.
See,
Feel,
Detect where your awareness has been drawn.
Drawing all your energy into yourself,
Drawing your awareness into that area now and allowing yourself to be with what is present.
Be with what is arising.
And if you need to,
Asking the body,
Body,
Please reveal into my conscious awareness.
What is present here?
And as that arises,
As that is starting to unravel,
We realise for us to move any forward with this process that we must engage with an aspect of the unknown.
Because if we are to continue to control this situation,
To control this process,
Then we are not allowing for an intelligence that resides outside the mind,
Outside the intellect to speak to us.
And so surrender is a softening.
And sometimes we don't know how to surrender.
But we all know how to soften.
To soften is to breathe.
So using your breath,
You're going to breathe into that area.
With your breath,
You're going to see that space,
See that space in and around that area expand.
With each deep breath feeling more and more spaciousness emerge.
And with each breath feeling your body soften.
If you need to lean back on your chair,
Feel supported.
Lean back on your pillow.
If you're lying down.
And a dear friend of mine,
Masha,
Shared with me that the Sanskrit word for lean is ling and that the ancient alchemists understood that to lean was actually to,
In one sense,
Unravel and shed everything that you are not and become lean.
But on another sense,
It was to lean back on the elements of nature and to realise that you are nature,
That you are the elements.
And that when you lean into that understanding and that awareness,
You remember and become one with that intelligence.
So in this softening into surrender,
You're just simply using your breath.
You're not trying to control,
Not trying to limit or control the outcome.
You're simply focusing on the breath.
Breathing in space.
Breathing in softness.
Allowing your body to soften.
Allowing your nervous system to relax.
Allowing your nervous system to become still.
And remember,
There's no outcome here other than to simply soften.
And through your softening,
You're entering into surrender.
And if you need to,
Repeating these words internally,
My intention is to soften and surrender to an aspect of my being that is all-knowing.
To an aspect of my awareness that has the answer,
That knows the truth of what and why I'm experiencing this.
As Matt Ken would say,
It's in times like this that I need love more.
Or it's in times like this I invite more love in.
And that love is your own love.
That love is your presence.
That love is your softening.
It is your softening into surrender.
So as you feel yourself softening even more,
Just being present with whatever arises.
Whatever wants to be remembered.
And as you soften and as you surrender,
You enter the unknown.
The unknown is the silence between the words.
It is the space between the breath.
It is a stillness.
And every time you almost reach it,
Observe the panic back into awareness again.
Feel the reaction of your body as it becomes closer and closer to the stillness point and how it triggers you to come back.
See it,
See the reaction,
See the response,
Be with it,
Love that reaction,
Love that response.
Don't try to control it.
Because the stillness point or the zero point,
That field cannot be entered into until you are in a space of complete surrender,
Trust.
And in a space of non-resistance.
And that means we cannot be in resistance to anything.
Therefore,
We cannot be in judgement.
And we have to perceive reality through a neutral lens.
Owning our dualities,
Honoring all experiences as reflections,
As invitations,
Into greater learning,
Into greater expansion.
So softening even more.
Just softening with the intention to surrender.
With the intention to be with the unknown aspects of you.
And this meditation is something that you get to practice and over time you begin to cultivate and access more moments of stillness,
More moments of the unknown.
And then you get to in that space enter into what I call the blank canvas.
And in that space you are at one with your creative power.
You are at one with your ability to write any script you choose.
And so the more you love yourself through this process,
The more and more you will soften,
The more and more you will relax,
The more and more you will allow yourself to enter into a state that is always there.
It's the stillness underneath the distraction.
It's the presence that is always there.
You just need to enter into it.
So in this moment absorbing any feeling,
Information,
Sense,
Energy,
Intuition,
Anything that has come to your attention is part of this surrender experiment.
This surrender experience.
And as you do that now you're bringing your awareness back into the known.
So what is now known?
What is now new that was not known before?
What new piece of information have you retrieved?
And at this point if nothing came then that's totally perfect too.
Because you will receive exactly what you need.
And the more you embrace this process,
The more and more you will open up and the more and more you will begin to experience and receive more.
So drawing your awareness into the known now.
And the known is being with that aspect of your body where your awareness was drawn to.
Feeling that part of your body and just surrounding it and enveloping it with so much love.
So much gratitude.
Thanking your body for revealing and drawing your presence to this part of you.
Thanking that part of your body.
And that through gratitude we truly allow for the reconciliation of all disharmony.
And drawing your awareness now back to your chest,
Back to that midpoint in your chest,
Back to your heart.
Your true heart essence.
And drawing your awareness there.
And from your heart you're going to see your light emanating from your heart.
I want you to see it now projected out from your heart and see that light envelop your entire body.
Feel that love from yourself.
That peace,
That serenity,
That softness.
Feel it now and develop your entire body.
And setting the intention that for wherever I go today may this love be felt.
May it be witnessed,
May be experienced by everything I come in connection with.
Let me live and be my medicine.
Let me feel and be my light and let every step I take let my energy radiate out into this world.
Having a ripple effect on everything I touch.
I want you to see you going out into your day.
Everything you touch,
Every foot you take,
Every atom,
Every molecule,
Every leaf,
Every tree,
Every animal,
Every plant,
Every person you speak to.
The moment they come into contact with your softness,
With your purity,
With your love they are also affected.
Affected by your beauty.
Affected in a good way.
That ignites a sense of peace and harmony,
Of love and serenity in their hearts too.
And knowing that really the only ultimate journey that we can embark on is to attune me,
To come back home to me.
Because that's the greatest change that we can ever create.
And as you feel now this beautiful warm loving light around your body.
This is who you are.
This is who you get to choose to be each and every day.
This is who you always are underneath it all.
This is just a remembrance.
And drawing your awareness back to your head,
Your forehead.
Drawing awareness back to your eyes,
Your cheeks,
Your mouth,
Your throat.
Feeling now your body,
Feeling what is new.
Feeling a sense of relaxation.
Looseness,
Expansion.
Just notice,
Notice what you notice.
The subtleties,
The small improvements.
Feeling your lungs,
Your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees.
Feeling your ankles and now wiggling your toes.
Wiggling your fingers.
And when you're ready,
Drawing your awareness back to your eyes and opening your eyes and being here with all of us.
