Just a nice big stretch with your arms over your head,
Really listening to what your body needs right now,
Staying connected to your breath,
To your amazing body.
Sit upright with your spine straight and both of your hands on your heart,
And simply reflect on one thing you're grateful for in this moment.
Allow this gratitude to expand your heart,
And now I invite you to set a simple intention for your day.
For example,
Today is a gift and I choose to live in love and kindness.
Now that you're grounded in gratitude and you've set your intention for the day,
I encourage you to go outside to breathe in some fresh air.
It gets some light on your body.
Every day is a gift,
Every day is a miracle,
So welcome it with an open heart.
No matter how challenging life may get at times,
Know that your breath is your anchor,
And that life is a gift.
Take a deep breath in and feel the life force energy moving through your body,
