This has become my favorite nighttime meditation. The intonation, pacing and quality of his voice is so soothing that I never make it through its entirety. BUT I drift in and out and have heard different things on each night. The words are beautiful and true. Thank you for this blessing!
P.S. Don't be afraid of the short intro music that's very loud- it's brief then the sound quality is amazing!
