Welcome back lovely one,

Thank you for being here.

My name is Namisha and you're listening to part three of the take a moment journey created to help you reflect,

Reconnect,

Realign and refocus.

Today we focus on realignment.

Gently adjusting your inner compass so it's aligned with what truly matters to you in this season.

In this practice you'll be guided through three simple steps to release distractions and come back to your truth,

Your centre to what matters most.

This is your moment to realign.

Find a comfortable sitting position,

Take a deep breath and let's connect within.

When I think of alignment in terms of inner growth,

I think of it as being in harmony with our mind and body.

Harmony with our true self,

Our values,

Our inner wisdom,

Our soul's calling.

It's when our thoughts,

Emotions,

Choices and actions all flow from the same inner truth and inner knowing.

And spiritually it's like being on path,

Connected to our inner compass and moving through life without resistance or inner conflict.

And so realignment is the gentle practice of returning to that harmony whenever life pulls us off course.

It's noticing when our energy,

Attention or behaviours are out of sync with our heart and our higher self or future self and consciously bringing ourselves back.

Spiritually it's like tuning a musical instrument.

Life may pull us out of tune and I know you've likely experienced many pulls across your journey through external circumstances,

Internal drama,

Limiting beliefs or unhelpful thoughts.

But with awareness and intention,

We can restore our inner resonance and our inner compass always points back to what truly matters.

And just like the musical instrument,

We can retune any time we need and that can be guided by how we feel in any moment.

And so we all know that life pulls us in many directions,

Work,

Family,

Responsibilities,

Expectations,

All the things.

Without noticing,

We can sometimes find ourselves drifting,

People pleasing,

Saying yes when we meant no,

Rushing when we wanted to slow down,

Living by someone else's definition of success rather than our own or even hiding our true feelings.

Realignment is the gentle act of choosing again with awareness and with connection to you.

And it's the coming back to our true selves.

And you can also think of it like yoga on the mat.

When we wobble in a pose,

We don't give up,

We pause,

Take a deep breath,

Adjust our stance,

Find our balance and realign our body until it feels grounded and we go again and we continue.

Let's meditate together.

Find a comfortable sitting position,

Spine tall,

Back of the neck long,

Knees gently resting on the ground,

Hands on your lap.

Close your eyes if you can and take a slow,

Deep breath in and a long,

Steady breath out.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Breathe out through your mouth.

With each breath,

Let your body soften,

Your mind quieten and your presence arrive fully in this moment.

Allowing your breath to flow in its own natural rhythm,

Notice your body notice any areas of tension,

Tightness or heaviness.

Observe them without judgment and notice any areas of ease and relaxation as you relax your face,

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your chest,

Relax your hips,

Your legs,

Your arms,

Your feet.

Now imagine a soft golden light above your head,

Warm,

Calm,

Steady.

With each inhale,

This light flows gently down through your body,

Touching and balancing each of your energy centres.

Now,

Starting at the crown,

The top of your head,

Allow this light to connect to the wisdom and your higher guidance.

Now,

It flows down to your third eye,

In between your eyebrows,

On your forehead,

Where you tune into calority and inner vision.

Now,

The light flows down to your throat,

Which is open to truth and authentic expression.

Now,

The light flows gently to your heart space,

To align with love,

Compassion and deep connection.

And now it flows down through to your solar plexus,

Strengthening your personal power and confidence.

Feel the golden light now flow to your sacral chakra to restore creativity and joyful flow.

And finally,

The light reaches your root,

The base of the spine.

Feel the groundedness,

Feel secure,

Safe and supported.

Allow this golden light to clear away what no longer serves you,

Restoring energy and aligning you with your inner compass and energy centres.

Now,

Let me invite you to bring to mind what truly matters to you in this season of your life.

It could be personal or professional.

Whatever speaks to you in this moment.

Whatever matters most to you in this season of life.

With that in mind,

Notice what may be pulling you off course.

It could be a thought,

A feeling,

A behaviour.

Or indeed someone else or something else.

Breathe in and as you breathe out,

Release it all.

The known resistance and the hidden resistance too.

Allow yourself to let go of whatever it is that may be pulling you off course to what truly matters to you.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Let it go.

Now gently choose one small commitment,

One step of realignment with yourself.

Feel your body,

Mind and spirit harmonising,

Flowing in the direction of what truly matters.

Commit to taking that small step.

Now take a few more deep grounding breaths here.

As you settle into this newfound alignment.

Know that you can return to this place of realignment any time you need.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes.

Carrying this sense of realignment with you.

As you come back into the space that holds you,

Notice what feels most true.

And if you can,

Let me invite you to write down what truly matters to you.

And what one thing you'll focus on,

The one step you'll take today or this week and beyond.

And let me ask you,

If I was in alignment to my inner compass today,

What one thing would I choose to focus on that really matters to me?

And let me invite you to ask yourself,

To reconfirm,

If I was in.

.

.

Thank you for joining me for part three of the take a moment series.

Next week,

We'll move into the final part.

We focus where we take this realignment and step forward with more calm,

Confidence and intention.

Until then,

May you stay in harmony with your mind,

Body and soul.

And what truly matters to you for the rest of your day and beyond.

And know that anytime you feel misaligned,

You get to come back to realignment with this practice.

Remember,

Keep shining your lights and may you always live your true self.

Namaste.
