Welcome to this meditation practice.
Today I invite you to take a moment to pause.
As you settle into a comfortable position,
Allow yourself to gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling in your lungs,
And then completely exhale,
Releasing any tension or distractions.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more and more present,
Grounded in this moment.
Let's begin.
You are here now.
You are living and you are breathing life,
And you are aware of your own body.
You are aware of every living breath keeping you alive at every moment.
Your breath flows naturally,
Governed by its own rhythm,
Effortlessly.
And here you are,
Simply present.
You're not engaged in any actions.
You're not anticipating something to happen,
Nor are you trying to change anything.
You are just simply acknowledging your presence.
I am here.
Here in this moment.
Here now.
Here in this moment,
You exist.
And your presence is here now.
Your senses are wide open,
Operating independently,
Without your conscious direction or effort.
There's no sense of urgency.
There's no sense of waiting.
You're not worried about what's to come,
Or what lies ahead.
There's no concern for that.
You are just here.
There's no anticipation.
There's no expectations.
You're not involving the mind with thoughts or concepts.
You're not fixating on time like the past.
What is past is gone now,
And what the future may hold is merely a passing thought.
Only this moment exists right now.
Right here.
Right now.
You are here,
And you are now.
You embody life,
And that life is in this space.
A space that is simply present in this moment.
Your breath is alive in this realm of existence.
Your senses operate within this space of being.
When you notice your body,
You realize you are more than just the body.
The body is being observed.
And as you observe your senses,
You find yourself beyond them.
As you observe the mind,
You discover that you transcend the mind itself.
And as you observe your experiences,
You realize you are beyond those experiences.
Remember,
When you witness change around you,
You recognize your own unchanging essence.
Remember,
You are not in a state of waiting.
You are in a state of being.
There is nothing yet to come that can offer you anything beyond what you already are.
You always are.
You possess no pockets.
No storerooms.
Nothing to hold on to.
Could it be that you are merely dreaming this existence?
Or imagining it all?
Or perhaps just simply noticing it?
As a person,
You exist within the body.
As consciousness,
Your body exists within you.
This has always been the case.
If you feel any tension in the body,
Recognize it as just a sensation.
You are aware of the sensation.
Be mindful of this.
It is not your essence.
It is a sensation that arises in the body.
Which you might refer to as yours.
These sensations come and go.
Just as all perceived things come and go.
Flow with your natural rhythm.
There is no need to struggle against your mind.
Be happy.
Don't engage with mental chatter.
Or come up with any stories.
No victories or defeats are required.
No associations are necessary.
Find stability into your completeness.
Only in this way,
You can embrace the world without fear.
In this space,
You are neither a victim or a victor.
You are pure awareness.
There is no need to engage your mind in discussions about this.
No need to seek its validation.
Get used to being free of concepts.
Embrace the state of being free from concepts.
You are simply present.
May the seed of the essence of what you have received germinate within your heart and yield prosperous and sweet fruits.
