These I am statements are not affirmations for outcomes.

They're here to help your nervous system settle.

When you're tired of overthinking,

Waiting,

Or trying to get it right,

You're not using your thoughts to control life.

You're giving your body language it can relax into.

And when your body feels safer,

Your choices change,

Your responses change,

And your life begins to shift naturally,

Without force or pressure.

Take what feels supportive here and leave the rest.

This says,

Yes,

Life does change.

But it changes because you change how you participate,

Not because you manifested it.

So take a deep breath.

You don't need to fix anything here.

You don't need to figure anything out.

Just notice that you are here,

In your body,

In this moment,

And that's enough for now.

Let's begin.

I don't earn love by suffering.

I don't need to be healed to be chosen.

Love does not require me to abandon myself.

I am not here to convince anyone of my value.

I notice who shows up for me.

Consistency matters more than intensity.

I believe what people show me.

I am allowed to step away from what hurts me.

I am allowed to want clarity and kindness.

I do not need to wait for love to begin living.

My feelings are information that I can trust.

My body lets me know what is right for me.

There was never something wrong with me.

I adapted to survive.

I am learning a safer way to love now.

I don't chase love,

I recognize it.

Love meets me in reality,

Not in waiting.

Not in imagining.

Not in hoping harder.

I don't need a forced life anymore.

I want to trust it.

Love grows when I live my life.

Love grows when two people keep choosing each other over time.

I don't need to get happy to be chosen.

I don't need to perform healing.

My job is not to be perfect.

My job is to be present.

I am open to love.

I can stay engaged with life without forcing anything.

I trust myself to respond when love is real.
