This is a short talk to invite all to go inside and observe your inner world. How do you feel in that space? How do you interact with yourself? Is there room for self-compassion and love? What kind of dialogue do you have with yourself? This is an invitation to self-awareness and self-love.

Dear friends,

Welcome to SimplyYoga with Natalie.

This channel is for all the busy bees of this world who would like to slow down and rediscover their inner street.

My name is Natalie Chaulain and I am a scientist and a yogi.

Let's discover together our inner power.

In this second episode,

We'll talk about self-compassion part 2.

Every day we have about 50,

000 thoughts running through our minds.

Some thoughts are communicated out loud,

But most of the time,

They are thoughts that stay within us.

They dwell in our inner silence.

These will then color our inner landscape and,

By extension,

The image we have of ourselves and then will influence our interaction with others.

This inner dialogue that we have every day,

What does it look like?

Is it imbued with love and benevolence towards ourselves?

The thoughts that inhabit us can resemble each other from one day to another,

Week to week,

Month to month,

And year to year.

This inner dialogue on the same pattern of thought ends up shaping our inner world,

Sheltered from everyone.

But is it healthy for us?

I invite you to take a few minutes to become aware of this inner discourse daily.

When you don't like a situation,

Do you say to yourself,

I should have.

.

.

Why me,

Me again?

I'm sorry.

I knew it.

What's going on?

What will happen next?

What does he think of me?

Is there a way to replace these words with,

It's alright,

It will pass?

Is there a lesson I can learn?

I made the right decision.

I took action in good conscience and that's what counts,

Etc.

If you feel like it,

Grab a pen and a paper and write down what's going on through your mind right now.

Also,

You can try to find a thought you use often and replace it with a thought filled with love and compassion for yourself.

I invite you to come back to it as often as possible to add sweetness to your life.

Let's bring a little more love in our everyday life,

Little by little.

I am Natalie and I wish you a beautiful inner journey.
