When the mind is entangled in the busyness of daily events,

Responsibilities,

And the ceaseless chatter of what has happened or what lies ahead,

Finding the path to a serene sleep can be challenging.

In such times,

A guided meditation can serve as a tranquil oasis.

Let's embark on a visualization journey together,

Imagining a peaceful meadow with a majestic tree and incorporating the soothing practice of a mantra to guide you into a restful state.

Dear friends,

Welcome to Simply Yoga with Nathalie.

This channel is for all the busy bees of this world who would like to slow down and rediscover their inner strength.

My name is Nathalie Chaolan and I am a yogi and a scientist.

Let's discover together our inner power.

Close your eyes and find a comfortable position.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale slowly.

Imagine yourself in a peaceful meadow,

Surrounded by tall grass and a gentle river nearby.

Picture a massive tree in the center,

Its branches reaching out like protective arms.

As your mind races with thoughts,

Visualize each one as a leaf gently falling from the tree,

Carried away by the river.

Let go of the events,

Chores and responsibilities allowing them to drift away,

Like the leaves leaving you with a sense of calm.

Focus on your breath,

Inhale tranquility,

Exhale tension.

With each breath,

Imagine the tree's roots grounding you,

Connecting you to the stability of the earth.

Feel the cool grass beneath you,

The soothing sounds of the river and the rustle of leaves in the breeze.

Now introduce a mantra to your meditation.

Choose a word or phrase that resonates with you,

Like peace or serenity.

As thoughts try to intrude,

Gently bring your focus back to the mantra.

This repetitive sound creates a rhythm that helps calm the mind,

Allowing you to let go of the mental chatter.

Continue breathing deeply,

Visualizing the tree and repeating your chosen mantra.

As you do,

Feel the weight of the day lifting off your shoulders.

Embrace the stillness and tranquility of the meadow,

Allowing yourself to drift into a restful state.

When you open your eyes,

Carry this sense of peace with you into your sleep.
